Chapter 14

After dinner, I went to Lucien study room and read some books.When I was reading, I suddenly thinks that I am here because I was kidnapped by Lucien. Later I remember that I was being too carefree until I forgets that I was being a victim here.As I clutches my waist, I turn and face Lucien who is sitting next to me and demand with a powerful tone ,"Hey you kidnapper, release me immediately!!"

Lucien look at me and start to chuckles."Pfftt!!" He turns his head and try to hold his laughter. I feels so embarrassed and grab his collar and says,"Heyy what so funny huh??" I lend close to his face with a serious look. He was in daze and his face started to blush. Then he flustered,"Yo-you-you are so close!!" I realise that I was so close to his face that my nose almost touches his. I back off bit,"Is this distance okay?"

He nods and says,"That's better". "Okay then back to the main topic, why did you bring me here in the first place?",I asked him with a serious look. He looks at me and shamelessly says,"Because you are mine." My face blushes and asked him again,"Since when I am yours?? I don't even know you from the first place??". Then he lend closer to me and says,"Because you are the most stunning person I ever seen in the world." He smile at me and hugs me.

Lucien gentle touch make me moves. My heartache as I can't accept the fact that I falling for him. I push him with both of my hands and says,"Lucien, I need to get back to my original life. This is just an illusion you made for yourself, you didn't even ask me for my option." I look at his eyes to tell him that I am also a human who have right to make my own decision. "And you also didn't know anything about me, my past, how was my childhood like...so its the best if you let me go now and I will pretend that nothing happens between us..."

He just frown and look down at his book. Then he sigh heavily and close the book. "Okay...I'm sorry about it...I am so selfish and didn't ask you for your opinion." Then he stood up and walk towards the bookshelf. He went to the kitchen and bring me some pudding I like. I was stuns and asking myself why is he bringing me something to eat instead of being angry about the requests I just asked.

"Here, eat it. I know you like it alot."He hands it to me the pudding and smile warmly to me with his tender eyes. "Thanks.." I take it with hesitation. I look at the smooth pudding that's cover with melted caramel brown sugar. I take a bite and the sweetness of the pudding went down my throat,'Wow, it taste good!' my eyes glitters as I praised the pudding inside myself. I gobble it down and feels so satisfies. Then, Lucien broke the silent and says,"Lets go tomorrow."

I was surprised that he agree me so easily. I was so excited and jumps to hug him."Thank you, Lucien!!" Then he hugs me back and whisper to me,"But...tonight let me sleep with you together on the bed." I was embarrassed and deny it,"NO! That's no way you can share the same bed with me!" Lucien look at me and smirk,I was shock to see his reaction. That when I least expected, he princess carried me and take me to his room. He gently lay me on his bed and close the lamp.

My heart racing so hard in side my chest and I cover myself with blanket. I feel a warm sensation is warping my back and I was pulled into him embrace. His tingling breath is brushing against my neck. Then I turn around to see him closing his eyes. He push my head near his chest and I hear a calming rhyme of his heart beat.

As I close my eyes and fall into a deep sleep, I didn't notice Lucien eyes become dull and lifeless when he look at me. He slowly brush my hair and says,"Its okay..... I will protect you from everything that will hurt you, if in the end you will end up hating me, I will still....no,I will forever love you." Then, he kisses my fore head.
