Chapter 53
"Welcome home, Lucas!" Lilium greets Lucas as she untie her apron.
"Good evening Aunt." Lucas replied.
"Good evening. My name is Rue. Nice to meet you aunt Lilium." Rue then greets her.
"Hello Rue. Come on in." Lilium invites her in.
"Hi, Uncle." Rue waves at Harry who is reading the news paper.
"Hello dear. Welcome to our house." Harry said as he smile to her.
"Here, have a seat first. The food will be ready soon." Lilium offer her to seat at the couch in the living room.
"Thanks a lot Aunt." She thanked.
Harry then quickly fold the news paper as he saw Lucas. He then rush to get him. Harry put his arm around his neck and drag him towards the balcony. He pull his head lower so he could whisper next to his ear.
"Who is that Lucas? Your girlfriend perhaps?" Harry teased as he whisper near his ear.
"No. She was just a friend of mine who wanted to tag along with me." Lucas explained as his face burns in embarrassment.
"Oh, really~" Harry tease him again.
"Oh, that's means she is still single?" Bryan then pop out from nowhere asked Lucas.
"Of course. I mean who wanted someone hot tempered and ugly like her. Pfft! Not me for sure." Lucas then crosses his arm while denying it.
"So can I have her number then?" Bryan asked.
He plan to asked for her number from Lucas to see whether if he is going to be jealous or not. But he know that Lucas will get jealous because he know that Lucas never get so close to any girl before Rue.
"What?! Her number for what Bryan?" Lucas was surprised.
"Pfft. Can't you see I am interested in her?" Bryan playfully wink at him.
"But she was older than you!" Lucas scolded.
"Well, what wrong dating with someone older than you?" Harry asked.
"Or maybe you are jealous~" Harry tease him again.
Lucas face gets more and more red as the both of them keeps on teasing him.
"Oh, that's enough!" Lucas quickly gets away from there.
"Dad, looks like someone is going to be couple soon~" Bryan purposely speaks loudly so that Rue can hear it.
"UwU~" Harry then makes a weird squirming sound to get Lucas even embarrassed.
Lucas then when to the kitchen and started to complaining towards Lilium who is cutting fruits.
"Lilium-chan~ Uncle Harry and Bryan keeps on teasing me. Please help me to justifies this, your honor!" Lucas playfully hugs her and begging her to punish them.
"Well, it's a good thing that you finally have a crush right now. I suggest you to ask her out for a date. Maybe with that the both of you could be couple." Lilium said.
"Aunt Lilium you too?" Lucas surprisingly said.
"You can't stay single forever right?"
*Sigh*
Lucas heavily sigh as Lilium is also supporting him to be together with Rue.
"Well....I need sometime to think about it." Lucas finally gives up.
*Ring!* *Ring!*
Suddenly Lilium phones rings non stop on the table.
"Who might be calling me?" Lilium washes her hands.
She quickly get her phone that been ringing.
"Hello, Lilium is here."
"Lilium...." A familiar voice that breathing heavily calling our her name.
"Oh, Sir Helios! Goof evening sir." She greets him.
"Lilium....I want you ....to find help right now... I don't know when or how....they are going to get to your house but..... don't believe anyone but Lucas and Lucien....."
"Sir Helios, are you okay?! Where are you? I will come to help you right away!"
"It was useless.... Lilium. Our plan.... was only a trap.... from the very beginning... the upper hand are searching....for Genesis...."
"Genesis.....Fana! You mean they are looking for that girl?!"
"Lilium saves as many ...lives as you can. Don't let the history repeats... by itself again. This maybe... the last order from me...."
Suddenly a loud gunfire sound from the other side of the phone.
*BANG!*
"Sir! Sir Helios!" Lilium scream out his name.
*toot* *toot*
The phone just went off like that. Lilium still can't believe what she hear.
"Lucas! Try to contact Lucien! The Genesis was in danger!" She quickly ordered him.
"What happen, Aunt Lilium?"
"There's no time Lucas! Sir Helios ordered me to protect Genesis no matter what. This was all a trap from the beginning." Lilium explained hurriedly.
"What?! Sir Helios ordered you? Didn't he said the plan was successful?" Lucas was confused.
"I don't know what happen but we need to find help from the HQ. First we need to find her." Lilium said.
Lilium then grabs her handbag and heads towards the door.
"Lucas find Genesis while I go to the HQ for help." She ordered.
"Bryan! Dad! I want the both of you to follow me too. Because they might have know where we live." Lilium tell them seriously.
"What happen Aunt?" Rue asked.
"Rue, I will explain later but now I want you to follow Lucas to find Genesis. Make sure to be careful and don't believe anyone but Lucas and Lucien." Lilium said.
"Roger that." Rue replied.
"Quick! Lets go now." Lucas said.
Soon all of them separated. Lucas call for Lucien phone but there's no line.
"Shit! They have hacked our lines. Now I don't know where is him!" Lucas told her as he keeps on dialing Lucien's number.
"Me either! I can't get trough her phone." Rue tells him.
They speeds up to get to the parking lot.
"So Lucas, where are we heading now?" Rue asked as she buckle up her seats belt.
"Well, I think Lucien are at his house. It was not very far away from here." He explained as he started the car.
"I hope that they are fine." Rue said.
"Don't worry because Lucien was a good fighter." Lucas proudly told her.
On the other hand, Lilium drives her car towards the HQ that's 30 minutes car ride.
'Please be safe Sir Helios! I am coming to save you' Lilium pray to herself.
"Lilium, believe me that everything is going to be alright." Harry tries to comfort his wife who looks very anxious since she received the call.
"Mom look out!!" Bryan cried out as he saw a truck was heading towards them in a full speed.
*BOOM!!*
The truck crashed the car that they ride. Lilium was heavily injured. She look at her husband who is unconscious and covered with blood.
"Harry..." She whispered.
Then she look at her son who was also covered with blood.
"Bryan...."
Soon she pass out as she touches her son's hand.
