Chapter 17: Back to school and work

Claite POV

It's already one weeks since the accident happened and I'm now totally fine, actually... I'm already in school and I was going to prepare for the up coming events this month.

"Jai, can you call the members? let's have a meeting at the SSG room, I'll be waiting you guys there." I went to the SSG room with Lexie then checked the power point on my laptop, it's a little bit different now cause I was noticing that their actions or movements around me is a bit different so maybe it's about the news yesterday, it's just Lexie who's still acting normal around me, even the Dean and the teachers, well I'm still surprised even I already expected this that's why I'm still don't want to tell the public but because of what happened I don't had any choice anymore. After a minute we started the meeting.

"Tommorow we need to prepare and arrange everything that we need for the events, Jai you can now call our endorsers or people who supported our up coming event then Lexie, you can now contact our organizer for the charity then the others pick up all stuffs that we need then delivere all the invitation to our endorsers and Jai, Lexie come with me tommorow at hall to check the venue... that's all for the charity event." I said then give the paper of the charity event to the members then I get the paper for the trip.

"After, the charity event we will proceed to our trip in Palawan... Lexie, maybe your just the one who will come with me to meet the busses owner, Jai and the others will get the list who's want to come on the trip, you can now start to get the name so tommorow we can check again the busses seat." I said then they just nodded and put some other suggestions then were done for the meeting, we just need to do is to get ready and prepare all the things that we need. After we finished the meeting, I went to the Dean office first.

"Good afternoon Dean, here's the copy for our school project, the charity and trip...We just need to prepare everything then it's settled." I said then he nods.

"Well, thank you Mrs.Dominic...I know it's already too much but thank you again and you should take a break because your just got discharged yesterday, we can't let you to be so tired and stressed." He said and I just smiled.

"No need,Sir... I'm perfectly fine and I will take a rest I'm tired." I said then he just nodded then I leave the office to went to our class room then after a minute, I asked Lexie to have some snacks in the cafeteria then we go there and eat, every building of the school already had a security even the cafeteria and there's now a lot of securities so that they can change the schedule of their duty and also Clyde give the school some school supplies and air-cons. We're eating our snacks when my phone rang.

"Hello?." I said on the phone "Wife?." When she heard who's that voice is she already that it's her husband. "Why? anything you need?." I said "No, nothing... it's just I want to heard your voice and check you if your doing fine?." He said I smiled to what he said. "I'm okay, me and Lexie are just taking our break time and after this we will on our class." I said "That's great, I will pick you up later,okay?." He said then "Okay, see you later." I said then I hang up the phone then eat again.

"Checking the wife,huh?." Lexie said then I look at her and she was smirking at me.

"What? he just asked me if I'm okay.. that's all." I said but she's still the same then I just shrugged.

"Tell me...are you now inlove with Mr.Dominic?." She said and I accidentally choked the food that I still eating.

"W-what!?." I said and look at her with wide eyes.

"I know you heard it so now tell me babe." Lexie said. Well, honestly... I really don't know, did I? but it's just because of the partnership of the school right? no...I don't know, really.

"I don't know." I said and she just laughed then I glared at her.

"Tell me...what do you feel about him?." She said then I nodded.

"I feel secured when I'm with him, I feel really important and special when his taking care of me and I really appreciated all the things that he did to me, I was really happy with him,t... that's all." I said then now, she's now looking at me in a serious look.

"I knew it, you already fell with that agreement but you are just not realizing it but maybe you should told her your feelings or just the two of you will just be in a married status but no involved feeling and I know you don't want that." She said then I was now thinking about it and hesitating to do it or not.

"What if he didn't feel the same?." I asked her and she just took a deep breath then face me.

"I know it's not true, your not just noticing it but the way he looks at you, the way he worried for you,the way he cares for you and all of the things that he did for you, do you think he doesn't feel same? just think all the thing that he did for you,all what I said, think of them and you will notice it and figure it out." She said then I nodded at her but I'm still not ready and I'm scared...maybe, I will tell him if I'm already ready. After an hour, we already proceed on our next classes until we're done then we just fix something and went outside. I saw Clyde's car in front of our school gate then he went out from the car and all the students are now looking at him, of course cause this is the first time that he picked me up on school that revealed his self to the students.

"Mr.Dominic." Lexie said and greet him then she secretly pinch my arm then bid us a goodbye.

"Wife?." He called me then I snap back.

"Are you okay?." He said then I just nodded then when I look around I saw all the students looking at us.

"Let's go, were going somewhere." He said then I look at him with a confused look.

"Huh? where?." I asked him but he didn't answer and just...

"You'll see later." He said then take my hand and lead me to the car, I was a little bit embarrassed cause the other students are watching us. Then, the car drove off somewhere.
