Sara woke up and looked up around her. She was still alive, the people in a white coat never let her die. Are they happy seeing her living this life? She was tired of this. She didn't want it.
"Ma'am, do you feel uncomfortable?" One of them asked her, she was wearing an oxygen mask, which made it difficult to speak. She just moved her fingers to say she was fine.
She was trying her best to stop herself from thinking about death. She will die anyway in a few more months. She still needs to save her son. No, she can't die yet.

Michael was still in the bathroom when his phone started to ring. It was Joey. Michael cleared his thoughts before taking the call.
"Hello sir, We can't reach Miss Suzan," Joey said in a panic.
It was the first day of their cooperation. According to the plan, She had to visit the site with Joey. But on hearing Joey panic he couldn't help but dash out of his house. Just the thought of losing her again scares him.
He sped his car to her house and didn't think a second before ringing the doorbell. After ringing it a few times, a middle-aged woman opened the door.
"Who are you?" The woman asked, but Michael didn't answer. He pushed her away and went in. He went upstairs, even after the woman told him to stop.
Michael opened the door and saw her. Amy was sitting on her bed playing with her stuffed toys when her eyes met Michael.
"Papa." Amy jumped out of her bed and went to Michael to hug him. Amy had a happy smile on her face. This was her first time meeting her father, till now her mother only told her about him but they never talk on the phone or meet.
Michael was flabbergasted, the whole world shattered in front of him. How many things he didn't know? Was he that untrustworthy?
No this was a dream. How can this happen?
Michael pushed her away and ran away out of the house. He would never believe he has a daughter too. How many lies did Sara hide from him?
He looked back towards the house, he wanted to go back and find out everything but his heart was terrified. He was not ready to accept this. His mind went blank to think of anything. He needs to find her, only she can explain this.
He ran to his car and sped to any place he could think she would be at. He even went to the hospital Michal was in. Michael rushed to the ward Sara went in with Michal last time.
He reached the ward but stopped in front of the door.
What will he say to his son? He already messed up their first meeting. For others, it may be just a simple door but for him, it's the gate between two worlds. One was a world where he is a beautiful lie and once he crosses it was the bitter truth he always wanted but can't accept.
Michael moved away and turned only to see his son standing in front of him. He didn't know what to say. Should he say he was his father? If he asks why he showed up now, what should he reply? Should he say his mother never told him about their existence?
What was he even thinking? That only makes Sara the bad person. If she was at fault he was at fault too for not making him trustworthy not enough for her.
Their marriage fell apart not because she lied but because he was not patient and trustworthy. Marriage should be a compromise, being the best for others. He did nothing. He thought being romantic was good but he was not realistic.
Michael kneels in front of his son and looks at his innocent face, he had no emotion as if Michael was a stranger to him.
Michael forced himself to smile, and hold Michal's hands, "Do you know me?" He asked, trying to keep his smile.
Michal was irked by his question. Isn't he their father then why was he asking that? Maybe he was right, he doesn't need them, he is just asking to test whether he remembers or not. If he does, he will say he was mistaken.
Michal acted like a tough kid and took back his hand before replying, "No." He glared at him. If he wants to leave them so much, he doesn't need him. Their mother was enough. She was already being both for years now.
