Britney is a 17 year old girl that doesn't have it all together like others do. Her dad died when she was fourteen, her identical twin sister is messed up literally. She has to deal with her mom and her sister while going to school. 

She's basically the one keeping everybody smiling at home, but what about herself? 

Well the people who keeps her smiling are Noah, Cole, Alexander, Peter and Justin. Yes you are right those are guy names, she’s a one of the guys type of girl, not by choice but by luck. 

All the guys treat her like a guy but will they always treat her like that?

Especially when she learns that she maybe likes someone….

Not The Typical Britney Anderson

As soon as Mr. Harrington closes the class door, he starts his lesson, but of course not without asking introducing the new girl. 


"Morning class, I believe we have a new student joining us for the rest of the year. Can you stand up April Smith and introduce yourself" he says. 


Everyone turns their head to look at the black new girl, just perfect. I stand up awkwardly while everyone looks at me scrutinizing me with their eyes. 


"Um, hi my name is April Smith and I just moved here from Brazil. I am a girl as you can see, yeah thank you." I finish up and sit down, everyone giggles about what I said about being a girl. 


"I'm glad we have a new student joining us," he says while smiling. 


That's how I spent most of my classes. Getting in and introducing myself, I'm kinda getting bored with everyone looking at me like I'm different.
