Heading Out & Embarking

Miranda P.O.V. Today is the day that start our journey to the Holy Land I got up early before Katniss and walked into our bathroom and got in the shower and when I got out the shower and was dried off I then put on my combat boots, gloves, camo pants and underwear along with my helmet, kevlar ballistic vest & field marshal cape and I look at myself in the mirror and said I'm ready then I walked over to my personal weapon rack and grabbed my M18 advanced shotgun and 8 million shells and bullets along with ammo for my M88 Colt repeating pistol and my Mosin–Nagant advanced sniper rifle which I slung acrossed my back and put my M88 Colt in it's holster on my left hip and I cocked my shotgun and load it with 12 bullets and put the safety on until combat so that I didn't accidentally hurt someone or myself with it I then walked over to the right side of our bed and gently shook my wife and said Kat it's time to get up and she sat up and said with a watering mouth wow you bringing the fire babe and I said with a smirk well one of us has to dear and then I put my shotgun on it's retractable strap on across my chest then walked out of the bedroom and headed to Elise room and woke her up and then I continued to wake everyone else up and then I walked down to the kitchen turned on the stove and cooked a hearty breakfast for the eight of us which included ham, eggs, bacon, cheese, pancakes & french toast once I was finished making breakfast and had laid out all the food on the table along with plates and glasses+ milk orange juice & apple juice the kitchen door flew open and in ran my granddaughters so I bent down and opened my arms and the two little girls ran into my opened arms and I hugged them and said with a huge smile Morning pups and the girls said Morning Nana and I said you girls hungry and they both nodded and said yes nana I then carefully picked the two of them up into my arms and carried them to their chairs and grabbed the two of them a plate which I put pancakes & french toast onto them and then I smiled at them and said eat up munchkins and then I looked at the door and saw that everyone was standing there and I said to them breakfast is ready and so the rest of them came walking through the door and sat down and started to eat then once they had finished eating I said is everyone packed and they nodded and I said good grab your stuff we leave in two minutes and so they all scrambled out of the kitchen and so I quickly cleaned up and then walked over to the elevator and waited for the rest of my family to get down here and once they had arrived with their suitcases, we got into the elevator and went down to lobby once we arrived in the lobby the eight of us hurried over to the military compound and once we arrived I saw that my uncle and his officers had the soliders ready to march I then walked over to my uncle and got on the horse that he was holding the reins of and then I got the head of the army and started at a trot and the men followed me and Kat who was also on a horse and the two of us lead the massive army out of the woods and started the journey to Marsille so after a week of marching we arrived at Marseille where the coalition fleet was gathered and was ready to set sail for the Holy Land I gave the order for the soliders and equipment to start being loaded onto the ships and once everyone was on board their boats me and my family were the last to embark on our fleet's command ship the Deciever and then the fleet sailed out of Marseille harbor headed for the Holy Land after stopping in Constantinople to drop of the children and Ari since the five of them were underaged to come with Kat, Violet, and myself to the Holy Land. Kat & I know that the children and Ari don't like that we are dropping them off at Constantinople with our cousin and his wife but they know that we're doing this to keep them safe from any danger, Kat & I are spending as much time with them as we can before we drop them off in about a months time.
