Rem Is Scared Of Losing Subaru Forever...

It's raining and everyone is here to see the burial of Old Man Rom.
He was an Old Man. But he has reasons why he should go, because the plot says so.
Felt feels kind of sad now that Old Man Rom is gone, now who is she going to tell her awful jokes to?
Rem tugged on Subaru's tracksuit as Subaru turns around to see Rem.
"What is it, Rem?"
He asks as her face looks worried.
She's quiet.

She hugs Subaru's arm tightly which Subaru is kind of surprised.
"I know your Return by Death is real, but with that power... Imagining losing you... Is too much for Rem to handle... I can't imagine rem to see that one day- *sniff* Subaru will be closing his eyes in peace forever.
Almost like you have abandoned Rem... I understand how death works and everyone eventually dies but-"
She was holding on to Subaru's arm very tight as she's trying not to cry.
Subaru understands the first day.
When this isn't all an act.
Where it was all real...
He rememebers the day when he meets Rem.
First it was all loneliness, but eventually numerous possibilities were tested and one of them were completed that led them to just do a re-enactment of what happened the first time.
Subaru pats- No. Actually.
He hugs Rem.
Which made Rem gasp a little, as he looks at Subaru.
Subaru is looking at Rem, so calmly.
His face tells the worried Rem that it's going to be alright.
Rem has no other options, but to smile while still crying, thinking about this, she could've wished that she ran away with Subaru for the first time.
Maybe this whole re-enactment thing wouldn't have had happen.
Maybe if she ran away with him that day.
She could've had actual kids with him.
But Rem was really stupid to see that...
Subaru feels the sadness of Rem as he hugs her a little bit tighter, pointing out the fact that he means this hug. This hug isn't acting, this hug is for real.
Rem is more surprised but she feels warm and protected by his hero and smiles that Subaru cares for Rem as she holds him tight too.
