Chapter 39: Shen fie misfortune 3
Shen fie felt like she had been striked down by lightning, her face grew pale as she stared blankly at the man in front of her.
" Miss Shen I believe you won't fail me, my assistant will pick you up this evening , dress up nicely" That was the last thing she heard before tears clouded her vision.
Feng xuyi walked out elegantly as if he was not the one who threw the word bomb.
His assistant looked at him in shock as he followed behind lightly not daring to breathe out loud.
Young master never had interest in any woman, even madam thought his son was gay, but why is young master suddenly interested in miss shen? If madam was to hear this she will go mad with happiness.
Shen fie stared at the retreating back as she fell down on her knees shaking slightly. She turned to her mum before standing up.
" Fie fie dear" her dad called. He was ashamed of himself, he had finally sold his daughter out.
Shen fie faced her dad and turned back almost immediately before entering her room.
All she could hear was her mother's loud cries and causes as tears run down her face like endless oceans.
She sat at the edge of her bed and inhaled deeply before coiling up. She never even had a boyfriend nor had she experienced falling in love.
Why was she so unfortunate, she had to stop her dream of being a doctor to go to art school after her mum's sudden illness.
Her dad's bad habit had always landed them in trouble has her mum used all her life savings to pay back her dad's debt. Her mum had fallen ill soon after because of high blood pressure and was relieved of her job.
She had to stop her dream of being a doctor and planned to manage her best friend.
She didn't know when she fell asleep. Her ringing phone woke her up as she stood up suddenly. She wished everything was a dream.
She took her phone, it was a strange number. She picked it up , she wasn't even allowed to say hello as she heard a cold voice.
" My assistant will pick you up in ten minutes" the person at the other line said and hung up immediately.
Shen fie looked at the phone in her hand
So it is definitely not a dream?
She stood up groggily from her bed as she entered the bathroom...cold water splash on her pale white skin as she shivered slightly. Her first time was about to be taken away by a strange man. How unfortunate.
She smiled mockingly to herself
She came out of the bathroom as she rapped a dark blue towel around her chest, she opened her wardrobe as she searched for what to wear.
She brought out a black V - neck kneel length gown and her four inch heels as she settled in front of her room mirror to rub cream on her body.
She combed her long hair down and packed it in a bun.
After dressing up, she took her small purse and her phone before leaving the room.
When she entered the living room, she met the assistant by the door and nodded to him softly before facing her mum.
" Mum I'll be fine "
" Fie fie dear am so sorry, we are terrible parents sending our daughter out because of your dad's stupid greed"
Shen fie smiled slightly at her mum before facing her dad. Shen wu faced down he could not look at his daughter in the eye. He is a useless father, he needed no one to tell him before he realize.
" Please take care of danal, tell him am on night shift"
Shen danal is Shen fie younger brother.
She then patted her mum's shoulder before leaving the house.
The assistant quickly opened the door for her before entering the car and zooming off.
