5.4: Raid

Mumbo police officers got calls from TPD and they already stood outside a house like bamboo sticks; and their hands were moving like the leaves rustle in wind. There were 5 of them including a neat lady. However, from their face it is clear that they waited long enough for the house owner to return from whereever she went. On top of that, they had to work hard to find out this person as well. They were certain that she is not a criminal but they wore uniform, bullet proof vest with guns. Simply saying, they took preparations for negative incidents too.

When the woner returned they showed the warrent and entered the house. They carefully looked around the house at first but they could not find anything helpful. That women, held a BCB in tightly in her arms and looked at them in confusion. From her face it was clear that she was sad and tired but she could not understand at all what was going on or why she was being searched.

After the search they came to the living room for inquiry. The woner asked what happened and the reason behind all these. The police guy turned the TV on. There was still the same news. She asked- "What I have to do with all these? I was in the city whole time."

The lady explained that there was a picture of her in victims bag and showed the soft copy sent from TPD. She took the picture on hand and got emotional- it was their team winning in spelling bee where her name was written on the front and signed; one of the faces is blurred and other one is marked with red ink. Then suddenly she says that it is impossible for that picture to be at Tittos as her friends are not there. The lady asked, " How did it get there then, Ana?" Ana replied she did not know anything about that but she signed this one for her friend Ruby Gold when they won. The lady told her to give a recent day pic of her friends. Ana goes to her profile and send their pictures to Simon as instructed by the police man. She also showed them the recent texts she was getting from Lindas account. The man said that it was  getting more complicated with time.

The police man called Simon and talked for a lonk time and came back. Meanwhile, the lady asked her about the girl whose face got destroyed with blood. Ana replied it is Ruby; they used to be best friends. The lady officer noted down every detail.

When the officer returned, he told Ana to talk to the person more to find out any helpful information. "We are working but you can be an important lead. Call us if you find something else" she said and put her cap on. Then both of the police officers left with the team. Ana felt relaxed and tensed after they leave!
