From rock bottom

Reincarnation is a topic and focus of many stories world wide and this is one of them.



The world this story will be taking place in is a generic fantasy world. Knights, wizards, dragons and majestic creatures and the like. Kingdoms and fiefdoms. There were also some rumors around the countryside, about an undead kingdom with technological wonders, a demonic Elysian, and so much more.



But what story do you, the reader, think you’ll be reading? A traveling knight of no renown with power to match legends? A wizard of no personal power, but unlimited capability? A sapient, shamelessly libido driven beast?



Lovely as all those can be, this story won’t be about that.



Our main character will be “reborn” as a rock. A normal rock you could find just about anywhere. The side of the road, in mines, in forests, or even in cities. He doesn’t start with a cheat, hell, not even sensation. But there was that nursery rhyme. “Sticks and stone may break my bone...”



What will happen in this life, will he crack(heh) under pressure, or will he be something else? Stick around and find out. (Heh, stick around, get it?)
