Aiden grabbed Anya's body and hugged her gently. The scent of soap wafted from the woman's skin, making Aiden feel very calm.

"Don't think anything weird. If you have any doubts, ask me directly. What you hear and what you see may not be what really happened. Even if everyone betrays you, I will never do it." Aiden said while hugging Anya a little tighter.

"Why?" Anya asked.

"Because I am your husband, and I won't let anything bad happen to you." Aiden's eyes filled with tenderness as he said this.

Anya's heart seemed to have been shot on target.

She still didn't understand why Aiden married her, but she wanted to spend her life with him forever, not just for a little while.

She was really serious about him and there was no divorce on her mind.

"Aiden, I feel stupid. I didn't think that you really wanted to spend your whole life with me." Anya said while burying her body in Aiden's arms.

"Are you doubting me?" Aiden asked.
