Ace had already learned how to feed mana stones to the soul-spirit, he just needs to put the mana stone in front of Ruddiam and it will start absorbing mana stones after Ace gives it permission.
Ace took out all of his mana stones and put them in front of Ruddiam, After he gave it permission to absorb, Ruddiam started to eat mana stones by putting them into his mouth.
