Capture The Elusive Mandarin

He pulled Dana to the corner, right after she came out of the powder room. He put his arm on the wall and turned his back from the entrance to hide Dana.

"Since when did Jess have her bad opinion about me?" he asked in a low voice, to avoid being heard by anybody who will pass by them.

Dana tried to avoid his question, but Grand held her chin and tilted her face to face him.

"Since the beginning. But can we talk about it later? I mean, this place is a bit …"

"Sorry," he dropped a kiss on top of her head and told her to go back to their table first.

Watching Dana returned to their table, he thought to himself, he can't really blame her friends, especially Jess. She doesn't know him, but he was surprised to know that even Ellise does not want him for Dana.

He shakes his head to clear the negative thoughts on his mind. He just has to prove to them that he can make Dana happy.
