Capture The Elusive Mandarin

"Flowers delivery from Mr. Wang." the maid announced at the breakfast table.

Her mother's face brightens up and gives her an affectionate smile.

Dana smirked inwardly at how her mother is acting. She would have a heart attack if she will find out which Wang are the flowers from.

"Put it in my room," she told the maid before her mother could ask any more questions.

Li Na averted her gaze from her mother's probing eyes. Words are caught in her throat for she knows that if she speaks her mother will know she is lying. She was saved when her mother's secretary entered the breakfast room to inform her that she has a luncheon for a children's charity event.

Her mother dropped her napkin and stood up to go with her secretary. She could hear them talking about the charity event as they leave the room.
