"Well, I don't exactly own it." she sighed with how the two of them stared at her like she said something so amazing. "Madame Bae has a lot of investment all over the place, when my mother gave me access to my money, aunt Joy told me to invest it rather than have it sleep in the bank," she said nonchalantly like owning a property in Shanghai for someone like her is something normal. 

Grand smiled inwardly thinking that Dana was learning her way in life. He felt a bit lonely that right now even if he show enthusiasm towards her endeavor Dana would probably not be receptive about it. He looked around the small apartment and would agree that indeed it is a good place for Lili. 

"You would have to pay your rent monthly through the bank. The deposit and retainers fee would equate to six months rent of the place," she said, walking around the apartment opening every door.
