A Promise Of A Wedding

He left the door ajar as he went ahead of Bobby. One of Nana's nurses was in the living room and pointed him in the direction of the bedroom. 

"Wei Wei!" 

"Nana." 

She was leaning against the headboard of her bed. A nurse was on her feet, fixing the blanket that covered her feet. 

Grand walked inside Nana's waiting arms and felt at home. Nana has always been home for him. Everyone was busy in their family. Nana was the only one that would stop and ask what he truly wanted. 

"I have a surprise for you," he whispered in her ears. 

"Other than you being here?" she stroked his cheek, "You are everything I need right now." 

"You'll like my surprise for you, more than you like me." he laughed softly, gazing at her face. Taking in all the expressions on her face. For even when Bobby told him that Nana was fine, he wanted to see for himself. 

"Oh!" Nana's eyes widened in excitement. "Where is the surprise?"
