Preoccupied

'Grand didn't come home last night!'

Sliding off the floor, she leaned against the closed door of the guest room she was in. She pressed her knees against her chest and sobbed.

'Nana knew that she and Grand broke up.'

Grand disappeared at the party last night and didn't come home. She's here but he went somewhere else.

Dana cried for a long time on the floor. When her tears finally dried, she pushed herself off the floor and returned to folding her clothes, and finished her packing. When she was done, she went to the bathroom and took a long bath, where she cried her eyes all over again.

All she ever wanted was to find someone that would truly love her for who she is. And when she found it, she panicked. She doesn't feel she deserves such love. How can it be? If her own mother—her own flesh and blood couldn't find in her heart to love her, how can an amazing man like Grand ever love her?

There was no way!
