She opened her eyes in the dark, gloomy room, narrowed her eyes as she noticed maester was changing her bandage.

" Really? I never get to have a baby?" Posted innocently as she reached out to stroke her belly." I told the father that I'm cursed! its not a gift what I have in my body. That bitch cursed me," she relieved as she gasped for air. The maester was silent. He didn't react and walked out as he finished with the bandages.

Cordelia got surprised, shouted for her maids, no one showed up, she shrieked, again and again, no one cared to reply!

She got annoyed and snapped her special maid, but her father got in closed the door behind himself.

Arthur " Cordelia," he said as he sat on the bed beside her.and added ." You are not allowed to be in the castle anymore. You can't have any children," he commanded firmly, although deep in his heart, he felt sorry for her child.

Cordelia furrowed her brows tried hard to control her temper, the only thing that she had trouble with.

"But father! I'm the queen!" She claimed innocently as Arthur shook his head in despair.

" not anymore, by the Royal rules, if someone can't give birth to a child, she can't be the queen anymore, and she has to leave." He said, stroking her cheek." You may stay until you get your health back," then you may leave.

He stood up as Cordelia was staring at him with dry mouth. A second ago, she thought that she was the queen! And now she was nothing, not even a royal!

Clenched her first as she glittered her teeth. Tried her best to turn to a bird or something as she learned it from Noah before.

She flew out of the window, ignoring the wound on her chest.

The next few days, she flew all over the Mainland and it's kingdoms until she reached the south. Her wound was even worst. She could move her arms only but force!"

Finally, she could see the yellow house in front of her landed on the courtyard as she turned to her own body. Guards stared at her in surprise. They noticed her before! They knew that Cordelia was the one who came here with a strange boy a few months ago, so one of them took her on his arms as he walked into the house.

Maester of the house let her in and changed her bandages and gave him some pain killers, as they called for Laura.

Laura wasn't in a perfect situation.she had her problems with her dead son and abounding by the king. When Milan told her to join her grandchild, she got surprised and walked above her head.

Laura " Cordelia! What the hell are you doing here! Didn't I give you a responsibility to rule the North?" She raised an eyebrow furiously as Cordelia reached out for a hug.

Cordelia " I can't have any children. they let me go."

Laura let out a loud sigh, still holding her in her arms. It was aged that didn't happen in Barren house. Maybe it's because what happened with Sharon in the Cave?.

Laura rubbed her back " you will be fine, you are still young!of course, you can have children.maybe, not by Brishen" she relieved tried to make her feel better, but Cordelia already knew that Laura was trying to comfort her nothing more!

Cordelia " I'm sorry I made you marry and kicked you out."

She curved her lip as she stared into Lara's eyes." Now that you are out. I think I can forgive you." Laura said teasingly and laughed.

Cordelia smirked, " Brishen is coming, he wants to tell you to find a Leader for the war, and we need your army. I mean, my father needs your army in the battle."

Laura nodded, " I will. You just get rest and focus on your health."

Cordelia furrowed her brows at this," Your son told me too, but kicked me out of the castle, " she confessed innocently with despair. Laura let her lay on the bed as she covered her with clean sheets.

Laura " sleep, I'll be here when you get up," she noticed some pink marks on her skin but her lower lip. Cordelia was turning to a demon. She thought," even if you are a demon, you never stop being my grandchild, and I love you."

It seemed Cordelia noticed that as she cast a slight smile on her face .and gave Laura's hand a warm squeeze.

Laura let out another sigh as she leaned her head on the pillow against Cordelia's head, whispered, " You brought my cloak?" Asked softly in her ear as Cordelia shook her head and protested, " I'm trying to sleep! I think Brishen has it"

Laura cast a knowing smile as she heard this and closed her eyes. Eventually, they both fell into a deep sleep.

Meanwhile, Samir was looking for Laura to clean up the princess's chamber, when she found her in the medical part of the house beside Cordelia raised an eyebrow angrily, wondering how someone could be more careless!

Samir" Laura! Who let you sleep here like a princess!"

The only thing Samir doesn't know about the new girl is no one can make her angry! Cordelia looked over at her with a corner of her eyes.

Samir groaned as she rand onto Laura to drag her out if the bed.laura didn't have any choice but to open her eyes in surprise. Samir slapped her hard " I told you to stay in harem until I order you otherwise! You stupor widow!"

Cordelia coughed as she opened her eyes, surprised, " are you talking to my grandmother?"

Samir gave Cordelia a stern glare, didn't know her ability to kill people whenever she wants.and however she wants.

Laura glared at Cordelia when she felt that she was getting angry as she turned her face to face Samir.

Laura, " my grandchild was wounded. Milan took me here," he assured her innocently as she held her glare still on Cordelia.

Samir " none of other sluts in the harem make here home of their relatives! Who you think you are?"

Cordelia furrowed her brows. The bed started to shake on the ground, made Laura pull her arm out of Samir's arm to ran onto Cordelia.

Laura, " no! Cordelia stop! Stop! It's not worth it! "

Cordelia gazed over at her with red eyes and looked back at Samir.

Cordelia, " no one talks to my grandmother like that!" She relieved as she left her arm and made Samir lift from the ground and float in the middle of the air. She was screaming in surprise as she was beginning her to put her on the floor.

Cordelia was laughing at her leaning her head to her right, and the left side made her move from right and back.

Cordelia, " you promise that you'll be polite?"

Laura was shaking Cordelia to calm her down, but it made Samir move in the air quickly.

Laura " STO IT YOUNG LADY!" She commanded as Cordelia let Samir on the floor and gazed over at Laura.

Samir was gasping for air, stood up at her feet" she is a monster!" She shrieked in fear.

Laura stroked her hair, lead her to sit on the chair.

Laura, " shhh, she is harmless with me." Cordelia folded her arms against her chest, got offended " I'm not a monster, grandmother I was protecting you!"

Laura gave her another glare then gazed back to Samir " I'll go to the princess, you take care of her until I get back, please, she has no one here, I can trust you? You are kind sometimes."

Samir widened her eyes, " don't you dare to leave me with this monster!"

Laura sighed," she isn't a monster, just a half-demon, and I'm working on her another half."

She messed Cordelia's hair.

Laura " don't dare to turn those blue eyes red until I get back! " she whispered in her ear as Cordelia nodded innocently. And Laura walked out of the door.

Cordelia laid again on the soft bed tried her best to sleep, but it was hard when Samir was staring at her and kept praying under her lips!

Samir was scared with all if her bones. Tried hard not to shake out of fear, couldn't stop praying! How could this demon get into their pure house when she tried hard to be the right person!

Cordelia winced opened her eyes," would you let me sleep! You don't have to pray! I have no intention of eating you!" She said, half annoyed and half mockingly.

Laura was in a hurry to get back to her beloved and dangerous grandchild before she gets angry once again and burn the house to the ground due to so many reasons to get mad in this place.
