Twenty

George managed to grab onto Donatello's arm right as his foot slipped, but Nathaniel slipped off of his back. Donatello told George to take Nathaniel and leave him, but Joan and I grabbed Nathaniel, which let George pull Donatello out before the crevice caved in on itself. By the time we got them out, Nathaniel's fever had gotten worse. We had to get him to a physician.

After Joan and I got the map out of the fire, it had stopped changing and it landed on a rather large and populous port city, Kingspin. The city was about two weeks away and Nathaniel wasn't in any condition to travel for that long. Donatello picked up the map and asked it if there were any towns on the way they could stop by to help Nathaniel and a town appeared on it after he asked.

It was a half-a-day's ride away, and Donatello immediately began to follow the map, but George reminded him that he was a wanted criminal and that they couldn't all go to it. There was a small clearing east of the town on the way to Kingspin, so George, Nathaniel, Arthur and I planned to go wait in the clearing as Joan and Donatello went to get the medicine.

Before we parted ways, George warned Donatello to keep his cool and remained composed for the sake of all of our lives.
