Right before I could even say anything, Joan exclaimed and said how I smelled horrible. I hadn't noticed how bad we smelled since I hadn't bathed since I had arrived, but no one pointed it out, so I didn't think anyone cared. No one except Joan that is. They ran to the dressers, got clothes, and towels and pulled me along to the royal baths.
As we were soaking in the baths, Nara asked me what I wanted to tell her and Joan, and so I told them about Nathaniel. They asked me what I said, I told them about the memory I saw and how my immortality would just make everything a lot more complicated than it has to be. Nara heard the entire story before deducing that I was "fearing the inevitable. Everyone dies, but that doesn't stop us from finding love and making families. Letting something that hasn't happened yet control the present will lead to a miserable life."
Joan and I were stunned at these words since Nara was the natural airhead of the group, but at that moment, she proved herself to be the wisest of anyone else in the room. Once that matter was settled, Joan splashed us with water and started a water fight, with herself being a winner and me coming in dead last. We went back to their room and it didn't seem like they minded Arthur and I sleeping with them either, so I was grateful.
I told Kevin how Elizabeth found out about the dream and lectured to me about lying, and he had the nerve to just sit there and laugh his ass off. I honestly couldn't understand what was so funny though. Anyway, once he had finally calmed down, I randomly asked him what he would've done if he could come back for a day, and he said that he'd apologise to Zephyr and make things right with him, since he felt partially responsible.
I asked about me and Elizabeth and he said, "Lizzie can visit whenever you're around her, and I see you everyday."
Another night went by with him and I just talking and soon it was day once again. I woke up early out of habit and took Arthur for a walk through the courtyard. While there, I saw Keith practicing with his sword and before I knew it, I was begging him to teach me. He agreed.
