Chapter Thirty-Nine: Past: Shotgunned memories

I woke up in his arms, yes you read right, in his arms. He had applied the remedy on my body after he had cleansed me. He wouldn't let me watch him clean my mess, told me to relax, and try to trust him again. He repatched my arm, the left-injured section then gave me something prescribed by the doctor for my throat. Before I knew it I was out holding onto him.

Afraid to let him go.

So here I was watching him as he slept, I didn't dare flinch because I didn't want it to end. To be a dream or a sadistic nightmare. This is all I wanted from him.

"Your staring at me." He said with a husky voice. Let me admit that was the sexiest thing I've heard in almost a year since I last saw him. He looked at me then his eye color changed into that special intense blue with a tinge of green.
