Chapter Hundred & Twenty-Eight: Past: Amnesia

The rays of sunlight chased away the darkness that allowed me to sleep. I could feel another source of body heat underneath me as I slowly peeled my eyelids away from each other. Dragging my mind away from the peaceful haze I was in.

At first, my brows furrowed as I noticed dark grey curtains, my curtains were pink. My mind slowly began to replay all the memories I could recall but none of the people I had been around owned dark grey curtains.

Looking up, I noticed that my head rested on Owen's chest, so I figured that was the body heat I had felt but how did I get into bed with Owen? Last I remembered, I hated Owen and couldn't stand the sight of me. Well, until he started taking me out on dates and bringing me food.

Did I finally give into Owen's chase?

A black mark by the right side of his chest caught my attention and I squinted trying to focus on what it is.
