Chapter Hundred & Thirty-One: Past: Cupid's Blade

I stared at the old man in disbelief, for years I would do his will and follow his orders but for once, I wished to rebel in a way that no one would understand. He wished to learn his own lesson, to learn normally, and accept his fate but at the same time, he knew that his father was right.

So Owen felt trapped at this point, there were only two ways in this case, either to follow his father's will or die because of her. Owen didn't even know if she loved him he didn't even know if he had her loyalty or if he had lost all sanity because of cupid arrow.

It made Owen go insane with the thought of loving a woman but her love solely belonging to another man. A man who he couldn't stand. Plus his father was correct, what would he tell her when she woke up? What would he tell her when the truth about how her family fell was because of his doing?
