Chapter Hundred & Eighty-Four: Past: The councillor

Lucy couldn't believe what she heard, she had watched the man she thought she could rely on speak about the past with a sheer force of anger that she hadn't realized was there. She couldn't recognize the man who stood before her, rumbling on about how he should have gotten justice and not lost it all because of everyone else.

He took no accountability for his actions and only blamed the Rodriguez, he constantly pointed out how he was like them and how he was right to take the Rodriguez out one by one. He thought that really deserved justice and nothing else. He held no voice of sympathy and it made her wonder, did he not realize that she was part of the people he wanted to kill.
