Chapter Two: Hundred & Thirty-Two: Present: The Ending?

The sound of the rushing footsteps was heard clearly in the room as two people hurried around. He didn't miss a bit nor bother to pounder over what should be left and what shouldn't be. He knew this type of routine and now that there was someone with him, it scared him to know that there was another life at risk. Before he could easily do things and be out, not having to worry about the possibilities or even spare a moment to care.

This time, he had a wife to care about, he had a child to care about and that was what scared him the most. He had cared for a boy but it wasn't his child and he didn't grow as emotionally invested as now. Now he had been hidden for a long while and he had let his guard down slightly.
