Winda finally gave in, she started to apologize first.  Because neither Dirga or Ari want to give in.

"Well I apologize to you both, to Dr. Dirga because I reflexively pulled your arm so that it fell with me and to Ari for causing a misunderstanding, I'm really sorry," Winda felt like I was the cause of the commotion.
