Days pass, and eventually, I decide I want to leave. I'm done being here, in this world. There's too many problems, things that can make me cry.
I am by no means soft, but I hated feeling like I was worthless. I resolved to not dwell on those feelings for long, instead creating plans.
Where will I go, what will I do? When I'm there, who should I kill, and who should live?
These are the questions I answered.
When I was ready to leave, I told Ashe I'd be leaving.
"Why?"
"I hate it here. Things aren't what I'd thought they'd be, and I don't want to deal with constant suspicion."
"Alright. Stay safe."
"Of course." I smiled and left.
We went to a new world.
Not new for me, but for Thila and Eclipse, it is.
We were in the My Hero Academia world.
It had been several years, for me at least, and so they wouldn't recognise me. So, I resolved to become a hero to busy myself so I couldn't feel the pain of eventual loss.
"Actually..." I turned to the others, having turned away to look out the window while explaining my plan. "How do you two feel about being my moms?"
"What?" Thila looked confused.
"I'm going back to being a child."
"But why?" Eclipse asked. "I thought puberty sucks.. Why would you subject yourself to it twice?"
"Why not?" I smirked. "Besides, I'll be in the middle of it, so the annoying bits at the beginning will have passed."
"Alright." The Companion sighed and nodded. "I guess we can. Just- Be careful Chosen."
"When am I not?" I grinned. She shook her head, and I began the transformation.
"Pretty..." Thila spoke first.
"Thanks." I smiled.
I made myself the epitome of beauty, at least, from what I think. Long, light blonde hair, and vibrant green eyes. I was shorter, of course, and more petite. My skin faded from a dark tan, courtesy of all the traveling I've done, to a lighter, almost pale shade. My wings appeared, and so did the horns and tail, as well as the halo that's gone black. I don't even know why that stayed. It should have disappeared the moment it turned solid black. I also made my cat ears and tail appear.
"Well, let's get going."
"I'm not leaving." Thila spoke.
"Not yet at least." Then Eclipse.
"Whatever." I smiled softly.
"Could I do your makeup before you leave?" Thila asked. I nodded, and she did, choosing light pink shades. "And.... Done!"
I looked in the mirror and smiled, saying my goodbyes.
I sat outside the UA gates, making a flower crown while I waited for one of the students to show up. "Move it extra!"
"I'm not in your way asshole." I huffed, standing up to look Bakugo in the eye.
Generally, I was 5'11" or so, but now it's more 5'7". "You're freakishly tall for- ack!" Wordlessly, I shoved my fist into his gut again. "Fuck!"
"Fuck. Off." I stepped back, glaring at him.
"F-Fine." He grumbled and stomped off.
"How'd you do that to Kacchan?" I hear a light voice coming from behind me. I turned and smiled to him.
"He's an asshole." I shrugged. "He deserved it."
"Mm." He looked away and began muttering.
"Sorry to interrupt, but can you help me?"
"What do you need?" Midoriya turned back to me.
"I want to be a part of the hero class in UA. I'll do whatever it takes." I sculpt my features into that of determination, though I couldn't really care either way. I don't feel much emotion anymore.
"Alright! One second! I'll be back!" He ran off and I sat back down, finishing the flower crown.
One of the abilities I've gained lets me hear thoughts, so when Kaminari approached, I could hear him coming long before my actual ears heard him.
Speaking of ears, I had my elf ears.
'She's pretty...' I heard as he stared at me.
"Hello!" I smiled. "I'm Mikani Namakani. Nice to meet you!"
"That's a pretty name." The yellow-haired boy smiled. 'Fitting for such a pretty face....' "So why're you here?"
"I'm planning on joining UA." I stood and stretched.
"I see." He nodded, beginning to walk into the gates, presumably to help.
"That green haired kid is helping me already." I spoke up.
"Midoriya? Of course he is." Kaminari shrugged and walked back to me. "What're you making?"
"A flower crown." I smiled as I finished it, setting it lightly on his head. "Perfect! Stay there for a second." I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture. "Thanks!"
"Uh... Sure?" He looked confused as I took it back off, putting it on myself. 'She looks cuter now... How is she so pretty?'
Inwardly, I grinned. That's the exact effect I had planned to have on the boys here. "Ah. Here he comes."
"Hey there!" Midoriya shouted, walking with Aizawa and Principal Nezu. "I brought a teacher and our principal. You should be able to do it now."
"Thanks.... Uh... What're your names?"
"I'm Denki Kaminari!" Kaminari grinned, pointing to himself.
"Izuku Midoriya." The other teen said with a small smile.
"Shota Aizawa." The sleepy teacher said with a sigh.
"I'm Nezu!" The little mouse-like creature said with a smile. "Welcome to UA!"
"Thanks." I smiled back, walking over to the two of them. I pulled out a notebook and wrote down each of their names, as well as 'Kacchan?', putting a single name at the top of each page. "What's your Quirks?"
"Mine's Electrification!" Kaminari said with a grin. "I shoot out lightning!"
"Cool!" I wrote everything down as he further explained his Quirk to me, and made a small note to train with him.
"What's that say?" Kaminari leaned over and looked at the note I made. "Is that in English?"
"Yeah." I nodded. What better way to hide my notes from others, right?
"Me next!" Nezu said, hopping onto my shoulder. "Mine's called High Spec." He went on to explain how it makes him more intelligent, and I wrote it all down, nodding a bit.
"You next." I pointed at Aizawa.
"Fine. It's called Erasure and allows me to block people's Quirks." That's all he said.
"Hmm... Not much to go on.... Ah well. Watching you fight can help me determine more about you and your Quirk." I muttered, writing down what he had said. "You now." I pointed at Midoriya.
"Uh- It's Super Strength." He explained the most basic aspects of his Quirk.
"Thanks!" I smiled, writing it down. "So Mr. Nezu." I looked up at him since he hadn't left my shoulder. "How do I enter UA?"
"You should take the written test first to see if you are capable of entering at the level we're at right now." He replied, hopping down and climbing back onto Aizawa's shoulder. "Follow us."
The two of them led me to a somewhat empty classroom, the only people there were Bakugo and Todoroki. "Why are those two here?"
"This is my classroom." Aizawa said with a sigh.
"Alright." I nodded, glaring at Bakugo. His head was down, and when he felt my glare, he looked up and shrank back. I smirked and turned away, facing Aizawa once more. "Where should I sit?"
"There." He pointed to the back, at a seat shoved against the wall. "Feel free to move it a bit."
"Thanks." I turned away again and moved the desk behind Todoroki's desk. "What's your name and Quirk?" I pulled out my notebook again, tapping on his shoulder.
"Shoto Todoroki. It's called Half-Cold Half-Hot. I can use fire on my left side and ice on my right." After saying that, he turned back towards the front.
"Thanks!" I smiled, turning to a fresh page and writing it down. Since Aizawa hadn't started the class yet, I stood and walked over to Bakugo. "Hey Kacchan."
"That's not my name." He turned to me with a glare that quickly disappeared. "Here to hurt me again?"
"No. I'm here to learn about your Quirk." I scratched out the small note I had made that marked his page. "Two questions. One, if Kacchan isn't your real name, why does Midoriya call you that? And two, what is your real name?"
"My name's Katsuki Bakugo, and the damn nerd calls me that cause he was my friend in the past."
"I see. And what's your Quirk?" I wrote down his name, glancing back up at him.
"It's called Explosion." He grinned. "And it lets me blow stuff up."
"New kid." Aizawa called. "Class is starting so sit down."
"It's Mikani Namakani." I called back as I sat down and finished writing down Bakugo's information.
"Whatever. Now, everyone can ignore Namakani. She's only here to take her entrance tests. She'll take the physical test in your Hero Studies class today." I nodded with a smile. Aizawa walked back to me and handed me a large stack of papers. "Here's the tests. Begin whenever."
"Thank you for this opportunity." Aizawa just shrugged and walked off back to the front. I set aside the notebook and began the tests.
As the classes changed, I just continued the tests. At lunch, I pulled out my lunch and ate while I continued the work. I had heard their Hero Studies class was right after lunch, so I had to make sure I finished before then.
