Logan's POV:
I was absolutely disgusted and rejected that Patton had yelled at me and everyone else.
It's not like Patton to lose his cool in front of everyone like that.
I guess I was partly to blame. I pushed him to the point where he just exploded. Roman too. I am kind of hurt that Patton just told me to suck it up. Logic shouldn't have to suck it up. I should be the leader. The main dominant side. But NO, it's Roman who's dominant.
He isn't my dad. As much as he calls me his kiddo he isn't my dad so he doesn't have the right to say that. I may have been the cause but his effect was just mean.
I am not happy with Patton. Maybe I will avoid him for a little while. I regret what I did but he had no right to yell at me or Roman. Even if it was Roman's fault. And mine.
I may have spaced out thinking about the latest events when I heard a knock at my door.
"Who is it?" I ask.
"It's Roman, I need to talk to you Logan," he called. I got up off my bed and walked towards the door. Unlocked it and opened the door. Roman was standing there looking down at his feet in regret.
"Can I come in to talk?" He asked, not moving his head at all.
"Okay, but only for a bit, I'm busy."
He walked in and turned to face me.
"I'm really sorry for being a jerk before Logan, I am the reason that Patton and you got mad at everyone," he apologised. He gave me direct eye contact and I could swear I saw tears forming in the corner of his eyes. He did start to cry but attempted to hide it as best he could, but failed and burst into tears.
"I'm truly sorry Logan," he managed to say through his sobs. I walked closer to him and put a hand on his shoulder to try and calm him down.
"It's okay Roman. It was my fault too. I hate to admit it but I was the reason Patton got angry. But I am going to avoid him for a bit to stay on his good side," I told him. After I said that he enveloped me in a hug. I slowly hugged him back. After a little while we break the hug and Roman regained his composure.
"Thank you Logan, I needed that," he said. "Patton was a bit scary when he got angry."
"I think I might avoid him as well just to be sure he isn't still mad," I suggest.
"Anyway I should get going. Thanks for accepting my apology Logan, I really meant it. Talk later buddy!" Roman said as he walked out of my room with a comforting smile across his face.
Okay now I need to go at least 2 days without fully talking to Patton just to make sure he isn't going to blow his fuse again.
