Aurora has always been the 'unattractive, unattainable' girl throughout her whole life. No man has ever approached her with the intention of courting her, rather they approached her to learn more about her best friend. She was better known as a 'DUFF'. But now with her best friend dead and a baby depending on her, she finds herself trapped in a loveless marriage that will test and strengthen her character. Like most 21st century women, she views herself as a feminist. One who doesn't believe in love. She views love as a Capitalist movement created to control unsuspecting minds while breaking their bank accounts. But she finds herself falling in love with a man. Not just any man, her friends boyfriend who also happens to be her husband.

Deep In The Mud

"There you two are, everyone is looking for you" Isabel says coming towards us, her hair carelessly dancing in the wind

"This is Hilden's grandmother" l introduce the two women

"I actually met her earlier on today at the office. Had l known to listen to her warning or she was l would have called you right away" Isabel says coming to take a seat besides me

"Earlier on today she came by looking for her grandson who l didn't know at the time is Hilden. She said something about danger coming and befalling on the wife. I wish l had known it's you" she explained herself

"Well what's done is done. All we can hope and pray for is her safe return. I think l will head back inside" the large space surrounding the garden suddenly starts to feel claustrophobic and l cant help but hyperventilate
