Me and Ladybug finished patrol, we hung out at the top of the eiffel tower, it was kind of like an unexpected date. My eyes widened.


"A date." I said to no one, while I was jumping on the roofs of the buildings of Paris to my house, I reached the open window of my room, and called my detransformation, I grinned as I closed the window, and walked to my bed. Plagg exited my ring and flew to the small cubicle under my desk where his secret stash of camembert cheese was hidden. He flew to my bed and noticed my expression.


He asked, "So, what's gotten you in a good mood? That date with Ladybug?"


I blushed, and I suddenly noticed something out of the ordinary with Ladybug. I asked Plagg, "When we were hanging out, was it just me or did Ladybug seem less...hesitant than usual. Plagg, she also put her head on my shoulder."


I was in heaven, the love of my life was finally treating me more than that of a friend. She even put her head on my shoulder. I laid on my bed, thinking about her change in reaction. I imagined Ladybug's face and suddenly, her face changed, instead Marinette appeared, which was very peculiar. My mind just kept on putting Ladybug and Marinette's faces together, yet I brushed it off, today had been one heck of a tiring day, my brain was probably just playing tricks on me. Marinette...marinette...she's just a very good...friend. Right? I looked at my lower bicep, on it, was a MDC in a pastel pink cursive font, I've spent months thinking who my mysterious soulmate could be, yet to no avail.
