Sylvia stood in front of the mirror and gazed at her face.


She didn't have any scars or bruise on her face and she was as beautiful as always.

Sylvia had beautiful and clear turquoise eyes which was similar to a diamond, pointed nose, porcelain skin and rosy lips.She had wavy glittering silver hair which reached a little below her shoulder. Even her voice was clear and melodious, she was perfect in every way.

Sylvia sat on the floor with her legs stretched out and looked at the beautifully designed ceiling above her head.


'It will be a shame to die early with this beautiful face and luxurious life'


Sylvia was a love hungry character who thought her step-brother stole away everything from her.


Her brother, the male lead Alistair was not her own brother. He was actually the Emperor's dead little brother's son. Sylvia knew that he was not her own brother,but till the very end of the novel mistook him as her father's illegimate son.Since he was her father's nephew, they looked very much alike.


In the novel Sylvia's father,the emperor of the empire hated Sylvia because the empress Rosaleen died while giving birth to her.People called Sylvia a cursed princess saying she killed her own mother.


Only a few number of people knew the truth which included Yurial,the Emperor and his aide,and some important people whom Alistair will meet in the future.And as of today Sylvia was also on that list.


It wasn't like no one told Sylvia, Yurial did try to,but Sylvia wasn't someone who would listen.


'But now...like really?why do you need love when you have such a beautiful life?'


Sylvia made a resolution that she won't expect any love any more and try to stay away from the emperor and her brother as much as possible.
