"The government just approved the controversial Polygamy bill." Aika said then she secretly smiled at him and Takuya also smiled back while Shiori was focused on watching the news.

"That was not shocking anymore, our country's population is declining this past 5 decades. Ever since the industrialization the people are too focused on their work and forgetting their responsibilities to their partner." Shiori said while looking on the television with a hint of loneliness on her tone. Aika looks at her mother with worried expression, she don't want to see her mother like that.

"That's why after I finish my studies, I'll gonna set up a company or bussiness near my house and become a stay-at-home dad to my wife and children." Takuya jokingly said to lighten the mood.

"You mean wives and lots of children? Since our Taku is a handsome boy there will be 3 or more ladies will be chasing for your love." Aika teased him.

Shiori laughed in lady like manner when she heard her daughter and somehow she felt sad deep in her heart when she imagined Takuya is going to be married in future and thought about her fantasies this past days.

'Shiori stop it Takuya is your son... even though you two are not blood related.' Shiori thought and her face becomes red.

"Well." Takuya smiled awkwardly and noticed Shiori's blushing face.

"Are you okay okaa-san?" Takuya asked then he went beside her and placed his hand on her forehead.

"Your temperature is quite high." Takuya said.

Shiori suddenly felt embarrassed for unknown reason and tried to calm down herself.

'Takuya-kun is so close... this familiar smell, what's happening with me? Why I feel aroused when I smelled this familiar smell.' Shiori thought while looking at her stepson's concerned face.

"I'm going to get the thermometer." Aika said then she hurriedly left and went to find the medicine kit.

"No, I'm fine it's just too hot today." Shiori explained.

"Kaa-san today's temperature is 7°C, and winter in not officially ended." Takuya shakes his head while caressing Shiori's forehead.

"I'm really fine Takuya-kun, I think the heater's-" Shiori wants to explain further but Takuya cut her before finishing her explanation.

"You should rest kaa-san, you're always doing chores in this house. Since I got nothing to do today I'm going to be the one doing chores for today." Takuya said.

"No, you don't need to. Takuya-kun."

"But I insist."

Shiori just sighed and gave up. Aika arrived and put the already cleaned thermometer and put it under the tongue of her mother after a few seconds the thermometer beeps.

"37.5° C." Aika said. "You need to take a rest Okaa-san, I think you overworked yourself."

"See even nee-chan agrees with me." Takuya followed up.

"Okay okay I'm gonna rest." Shiori said and thought 'As if I can tell them that the reason of my body heat is Takuya-kun, Oh Shiori what are you thinking?!'

Takuya and Aika started to do the house work together after Shiori agreed, they cleaned the house, washed some dirty clothes and prepared the lunch.

'Takuya-kun is becoming more reliable.' Shiori thought while looking at Takuya whose busy washing the plates and she smiled.

Takuya and Aika were hanging the laundry outside after they finished, Takuya pulled her behind a shade.

"Taku?" Aika said with confused look on her face.

"Hey Nee-chan It's been a while since I showered you with my love." Takuya whispered to Aika's ears.

"Hmp, I don't need it. Go to your Saori she needs it more than me." Aika said in childish tone.

"My Aika-chan is in her tsundere mode today?" Takuya hugged her from behind and kissed her neck. Aika was blushing and she suddenly felt something was poking her ass from behind.

"Taku mom is still around." Aika said.

"Let's have a date Nee-chan." Takuya whispered.

"How about the kids?" Aika said and Takuya just sighed.

"Let's do it in my room later." Aika said while blushing.

"Okay." Takuya gave Aika a kiss before leaving.

Takuya entered the house and walked over the fridge to get some cold water, he felt thirsty after they finished chores, Daiki whose playing on the living room was staring at him with furrowed brows.

"What's wrong Dai-chan? you're staring me as if you're gonna eat me this past days." Takuya looks at the little guy then he gave the little guy an amiable smile.

"Hmp, I don't know but I hate you Taku-nii." Daiki said and the corner of Takuya's mouth twitched.

"How is that possible? How can you hate someone without a reason, just tell me what's the problem then let's fix it, aren't we best friends? I'm going to buy you the robot toy that you want." Takuya tried to coax with the kid.

"You stole my bride." The kid straightforwardly said and Takuya almost choked when he heard about it.

"Bride? who?" Takuya asked.

"Rinka-chan she's my wife." Daiki said and his eyes starts to become watery.

"Don't worry Dai-chan I didn't stole her from you, and since when the two of you got married?" Takuya massaged his temples.

"Uhhm... we will marry each other, soon." Daiki said then he wiped his snot.

'This kid.' Takuya just shakes his head. 'I don't want to have a rift between us, I'm going to fix this as soon as possible.'

"Dai-chan did she agreed to marry you in the future?"

"... No." The kid answered.

"Dai-chan remember that a true man doesn't force him to a woman. Are you a man?"

"Yes!"

"Then humbly ask her, if she rejected you just accept it. Only ugly bastards will force themselves to the girl the want. Are you an ugly bastard?" Takuya lectured the kid.

"No!" The kid answered Takuya like a cadet then Takuya patted his head.

"I'm going to buy you a toy today, what do you want? a car, gun or the robot that you saw in TV?" Takuya smiled at the kid.

Daiki was silent for a while then he answered.

"Uhm... I want the beautiful girl with blonde hair." Daiki said.

"Pfft! What the... Why do you want that?" Takuya asked his future son but now he wasn't so sure if this kid will become "son".

"I want it to be my wife." The kid answered him innocently.

'Ohh I see my son is going to be a man of culture soon.' Takuya thought and shakes his head. He patted the kid's head again. "Don't worry I'll buy you some wives that's better than that blonde girl you saw."

After the heart to heart talk with the two boys their relationship became better again.

The afternoon ended and Shiori insist the she's already fine, the siblings checked her temperature again and it was already normal but the two still warned her not to tire herself again.
