Stop! Our capturer is coming down the stairs!
I dropped the razor before wrapping my one arm extra tight, wanting the cuts to not be noticeable.
"Okay, Luna, time for you to see the sun," he growled grabbing my injured arm. I whimpered and yanked my arm away. In response he slapped my black eye and grabbed my wrist again, pulling me up the stairs and into the car. He threw me in the backseat and got into another car while another man got into the driver seat of this car and started to drive.
"Luna, don't fret, you'll get wrinkles. You're about to get your wish if some stubborn wolf with a huge attitude towards others works with the boss," the man snarled, stepping onto the gas pedal until the pedal was to the floorboard. I cured up in a ball, closing my eyes and having the most peaceful rest that I have had in a long time.

Zavier POV
I rarely slept anymore. I stayed up sitting on my-our-bed, thinking of her. Sometimes I felt something stabbing my body, anger consuming me because I knew something was happening to Riz. When I did sleep in the early stages of Riz gone, my Beta would find me calling out for her, nightmares haunting me about what could've happened. I let my face fall into my hands, one of her shirts next to me. Her scent had faded only a few days ago. I had tried several times before now, but it was hopeless. Her last scent was gone. Now I only have the memories.
I growled at myself, straining to keep it all calm. Then I felt something tug. I snarls and jumped up and ran down the stairs, slamming my front door and getting into my car, making sure it went at the top speed to the Amber Sky Pack. I felt my wolf howling louder and louder as we neared closer to the territory, my body feeling more of her presence than the previous month. I growled possessively, slamming down the gas, making the car go increasingly faster, I found the center quickly, thankful that going at 180 miles an hour got me there in at least two hours. I pushed open the door as forcefully as I could and sprinted down the slope, seeing my brother with Alpha Card and Riz's father approaching him. I slide next to them, panting a little before regaining my posture.
Card glanced at the car behind my brother, Alex, and nodded to his soldiers. They investigated the car, bringing out keys and chains and money. Alex didn't seem to mind.
"Now, I will give you a bargain, brother. Or should I say, Alpha Zavier. Your mate is a she-wolf I have in my possession and I enjoy the company of, but there is something I desire far more than your stubborn and quite strong mate, Zavier," he smirks, folding his arms across his chest. "I will return her to you if you give me a change to kill you. A five minute battle, I suppose." Without any hesitation I nodded.
Alex put something into his phone before another car came and a man climbed out, grabbing Riz by the arm and dragging her towards me. I snarled at the soldier of Alex's forces and took her from him, cradling her in my arms, my mind and body vanularable.
I looked up at my brother and growled, walking over to her father and letting her father hold her for a while. "Now, the fight. Fair. Simple. Shift in your wolf, that way you can't use other weapons than your natural defenses and then fight for five minutes. If at the end you have the most wounds, you lose. Understood?" I nodded and shifted, not caring about my clothes ripping. Alex shifted, his wolf large but brown.
We both took our stances, mine for strength, and his modified for ferocity. It didn't fool me. I knew my brother like I knew my own mind and I know he's just itching to get a hit on me. Now was the time I need the aggressive Hunter the most.
My wolf grinned, but then I realized what I had to do in order to win. Let Hunter take over.
My eyes glowed brighter, my snarl widening at my littermate. Alex's wolf, was taunting me, cackling at the fact he stole our mate and got away with it. I snarled loudly, sending some gasps through the crowd that had gathered.
Alex didn't do anything, unsure if I was in control or not. Nope, Zavier isn't in control. He nodded and lunged for him, ripping at his haunches. He grabbed onto my throat, tearing skin, blood already flowing. I grabbed his tail, pulling it towards me.
A snap was heard and I had half of his tail in my jaws, loosely hanging there. I quickly spit it out as Alex launched himself in my direction, pinning me in the ground, snapping at my neck wildly. I clawed at his muzzle, blood dripping down his face. I got him in the eye, ripping the soft tissue.
Blood spewed from his eye and he grabbed my paw, biting down as hard as he could on the multiple bones. I winced as they cracked, each bone breaking. I torn off his ear, then pulled on his scruff, flinging him in the opposite direction. He didn't give up. He grabbed my flank, his claws digging into my flesh. I kicked him off, trying to get his other eye.
Alex tried at my neck again, this time drawing more blood. My paw was in immediate pain, but I pushed, biting his muzzle and biting down. He got loose, but marks could be seen beneath his fur of where my teeth went past his skin.
He gasped, his blood pooling around him. He took one last attempt at my neck, slightly crushing my windpipe. I saw our Mate in the corner of my eye, my breath shortening quickly.
Her face was beaten, her eyes red and puffy. Under her eyes were purple and her skin was more pale than any werewolf should be. Her legs were scarred, part of her upper leg wrapped with newer wounds underneath.
