'Crap!!! What am I going to do now?!' I thought to myself as I started losing momentum! I had Improvisation essence pumping into my head like crazy for a single second of madness before stopping to save essence, my eyes scrolling around the entire room to find an opening in the massive swarm of beetles that have now come upon me!!!

I was about to give up and just run some Improv essence through my head after all (I have gotten uncomfortably reliant on the stuff during the hours we've been here..... I'll have to fix that when... sorry, if we get out.) when I saw...

a walking miracle!!!! Though I guess running would be a better description.

About a hundred meters away from me, and the distance increasing fast, was Angus!!! I never thought I'd be so happy to see that semi-corkscrewed face of concentration in my life!!!

'Sorry Angus.' I whispered her. 'But I'm gonna need a ride!'

'What the f....' I didn't give her a chance to finish that as I used Rocket to shoot right over into her back!!! She almost stumbled over, but her high agility stats allowed her to quickly adjust to the unexpected weight and added momentum, and she was back to full speed within seconds!!!

"What the f**k is wrong with you you little s**t???!!!! Have you lost your damned mind ?!!! Cause I can help you get it back!!!!" She half screamed into my face as a death aura rolled off of her that was all to familiar!!!!

Notifications rang off at that and I looked over to Angus, who was slowly turning beet red! 'The heck?!' I took one loo at the notifications and knew why she did soon enough

"Flying Beetles, incoming!!!" I shouted as barrage of mini dirt explosions went of as beetles started Dive Booming us!!!

Angus started to bob and weave as more and more beetles fell from the sky, but started to loose her footing when the Lizards and Giant Lizards started throwing their tongues into the mix!!!

*TONGUE STRIKE!!!!!*

"Kyaa!!!" Angus squeaked out in a voice so small I could have imagined it, as dirt, rock, and spit flew into the air along with the arrival of a tongue! Even if it didn't seem like she was a little jumpy when it comes to lizards, she's in a bad spot right now!!! If I wasn't on her back, the she probably would be fine, but since I dive boomed her, her stamina was tanking in order to maintain our speed!

... Looks like I have no choice then. I was keeping this idea to myself in case we needed a means to escape as it burns resources, but well be dead at this rate and I'll be damned if I let that happen now!!! I still need to confirm something with Angus, and I need her alive for that!!!!

"Angus. I'm gonna need you to trust me on this." I told her as I pulled out a Meat Shake and a Berry Shake, and guzzled them down at the speed of light. My hp and ep got restored to some of its percentage, but I'm wondering if this will be enough!

"Me?!! Trust you!!?!! What the heck makes you think that boss me around like some..."

"Whatever you do, run at full speed, and don't even thing of stopping or altering your run." I said to her, cutting her off, and sent a Scan through her.

"Don't go cutting me off you turtled prick!!! Now tell what your about or I'll..."

*swoosh* *boom!!!*

"Yeep!!!" Yeep?

"*incoherent throat gargling mumbling* Arrrggghhhh, FINE!!! But it's your **s if this flops!!!" She shouted out in frustration and started peddling it like never before!!!

The scan finished a few seconds after and I ran the information through my head along with some Improv essence, then I turned around to face the back completely. Curses flowed out of Angus' mouth at that maneuver that I won't say here () and stretched my arms out, running Reinforcement and Explosive essence through my arms and palms respectively, and then let a rip on an incoming tongue!!!

I kept on firing and firing off explosions to redirect and stun any moving object that got near us, timing the explosions such that the direction I fire in and the power doesn't throw us off balance and instead added more speed to us! I swear this Improvisation Mastery is a hack!!!

Angus got the jist of what I was doing quite fast and was on constant alert for anything! Anything I couldn't hit without throwing us of was smoothly avoided, and any time her speed increased, her agility kept her on her feet. Soon we were moving so fast, it was getting hard for her to hold herself together, so I had to pump her leg bones and skin with Reinforcement essence to help her, but by then we were out of the red, so I switched all of my attention to helping her...

..... That was a dumb move.....

"Huh?" the notification brought my attention back to the situation at hand as Angus skidded to a near halt, hp flying off of her like water!!! It was too late though, and Dorgon charged at us at full speed, so fast that we couldn't dodge!

*CHARGE!!!!*

"ACK!!!" I yelled out in pain as I wiped my Stone Shield around and took the hit! My arms were pretty much wrecked from using so many Explosive Palms at once, and while we can't feel pain that much normally thanks to the damper they have on the pain nerves, it really hurts a bunch when you stack in to much painful blows at once!

The mobs behind use were gaining on us, and then there's this level 35 behemoth of a Rhino Beetle!!! It was at least three times my height and about just as wide, its carapace looked super thick, like a third of a pencil thick!!!!How the heck do we even bet that??!!!

'Heh easy, we don't!' I though to myself as I calmed down. It not that hard to figure out. All of the mobs we fought were only around level 15 at best, and the most troublesome group, the Lizards, were getting weakened by running through all of the terrain, so it was rather easy to take them down. This dude is over 2x their level and hasn't moved much (I'm assuming) before I got here. There's absolutely no way of killing it, so the best course of action is to ignore him and continue the plan.
