In BMO Lore untold, there was once a man that went mad with lust and greed. He would pillage villages and cities alike, stealing away all the inhabitants and leaving nothing but blood, ash and destruction in his wake!
For the men, he kept to do ungodly experiments on! The children and the elderly, he sold them of as slaves! And as for the women, he kept them for himself! Those that didn't die fast enough in his care were driven to the brink of insanity at least a thousand times over! He was a man willing to obtain anything to get the power of gods! Then he was stopped!
Now, centuries latter, only scattered remnants of his deeds remain...

"At least that's how it goes in the official lore." I said after we cleared the fourth boss floor. We are currently taking breather to cool down from moving through the floors so fast.
The 5 floors after Zelbre was more lit that the ones before, and the 5 after those were more of a labyrinth than anything, but that's just about all I could tell you about them. We avoided fighting the mobs down here like the plague, and those that we did see were taken out by a Strength Potion buffed hit from Eleora before they could be properly distinguished!
The third Boss Monster, a purple Giant Lizard with the name Mount 2 - Roren the Toxic Death, had this super fast dash ability that left a trail of poison in his wake, and the fourth one, a giant Arachnid Wasp named Thac The Dungeon Warden, had webs all over the place dealing Slowness, Weakness, and Poison Vulnerability constantly, and she summoned another three similar to her, so they gave us a bit of trouble, but other than that, it was simple cruising!
As such, since I had so much free time on my hands, I started wondering about quite a lot of things that I didn't really have time to, - like for example: Why has no one else found this dungeon before – but two thoughts were constantly taking my attention from the storm in my head...
My cheat-like Improvisation Mastery, and this dungeon – or rather, its lore!!!!
While yes, the fact that I never really heard of Improvisation being used like how I've been using it is seriously putting me off, the fact that I never thought to deep about it even once is more than cause for alarm! Knowing myself and how much I research this game, there would be nothing stopping me from getting to the bottom of what's happening! Making just about any weapon you desire?... seen a bunch of times!!! Using Stamina in place of essence?... child's play that's been spammed so much by others it got boring! But pumping essence into my head to think faster?!!... That one's news to me!!!
Also, the fact that I can learn new moves at stupendous speeds is also in line for trial, but as of now, one main thought has been overshadowing my other thoughts...
'Is this, by any chance, the Goblin King's domain?!!' I mentally shrieked to myself as I delved further into the dungeon.
Before I continue however, let me catch you up on some basic stuff.
In BMO, there are hits of a lore eluding to the fact that before us, there were other – many other – humans who have strived to be battle masters and were actually successful.
Now that were at this point, let me clarify some things. A Battle Master is one who has reached near max level and has already maxed out at least one Mastery. By this point, they are granted a name based off of their main fight style, such as the Golden Sun Alchemist, a Gold Alchemist who exceled in making all ends of fire spells using gold as a base. It is hinted that he could easily create entire suns upon reaching that level, each one capable of changing the landscape of an Area. There are also more obvious things that tell us that there were many of them before us – like the Toxic Marksman who has a grave and even a side quest in his favour – but that's not what's important right now.
What is, however, is that many of the Masters lore hunters have managed to unearth were just hinted at, with many being left unnamed! And one of them was the Goblin King, a man whose greed lead him to obtaining great power, which then lead him to causing great misfortune! His name was found in a kids' book in a library known as The Grand Oak Colosseum – a hidden antient library ruins in a hidden quest. Bits and pieces of his lore were being pieced together since before that, but they were more scattered than anything until they had a name and some analytics to study, albeit a kids' book. And ever since then, the lore has confirmed one thing... the Goblin King has been everywhere!!!!
From the Beginners Area, were its theorized that he came and looted out the village a long time ago, to some ruins holding high level, but barbaric runes used only by Pigrians (), Vects () and of course, you guessed it, Goblins!!!
Because of that, leagues of theories, memes, and merch have come form his shifted existence! Heated court debates on whether he was really good or evil, protests on what his existence means, lore of any type and fashion that could fit him anywhere in the grand scheme, heck, the guy even has Udels making him a mascot for their lime and cucumber flavoured food drink!!!!
And here I am, in the most sought out place for not only him but other BMs, his lair, and I have to speed run out of it!!!
I can already hear the wailing cries of anguish from the lore hunter community at such a catch slipping through my fingers...!
Anywho, I mention the Goblin King now, because I saw something interesting after killing Thac. Now don't get me wrong. Ever since I realised just where I was, I took every opportunity to take note of any interesting finding my eyes found – which was everything my eyes found in case you're wondering. Every scrap of paper across my path was taken up! Every scribbling on the wall, every blood stain, holding sell and weapon was screenshotted.
But what I found interesting was that on Thac, there was a code number...
'XF34-E6'
This code was in a heap of papers that I found in a chest, and now that we were finally resting, I was sorting out all the info I had. It was then that I found out 2 things: a. I was severely lacking! Most of the things here don't connect up at all!!! And b. - which is probably the most shocking – where his power came from!!!
Through reading I found one line which can only mean one thing –
Th___hing in me. It gets stro#### b# the day___ome###an't do anythi## ####ore. XF34-E6 ##s a fa____ut it###v#d. Maybe ##__# right track? ###on't kno___nymore. I hope CZ58-E12 work#.
"This thing in me. It gets stronger by the day. Women can't do anything anymore. XF34-E6 was a fail, but it lived. Maybe I'm on right track? I don't know anymore. I hope CZ58-E12 works."
I also kept seeing the code CZ58-E12 appear in many of the text that was too hard to read, which means it must be important in some way! Also, while I can't remember squat on my way down the 6-10 floors () for the rest of them, I noted that the presence of human blood stains grew less and less as we headed lower, and the blood of beasts grew more prominent!
This and the circumstantial evidence were pointing to only one thing in my mind...
'Could it be that he was possessed by a monster, maybe a high-level Dark Summon, or maybe even the Goblin King himself, and he was experimenting to make another monster to counter it?!!' I quickly caught myself as I started getting tired and felt my brain frying as my Essence ran dry from getting automatically pumped into my head!!! The f.... *incoherent grumbling at Angus*
"Oi, Nerdo ex Machina! What now?" Angus said suddenly, making me fly ten feet in the air in surprise!
"Waaa???!!!! When did you get here?! And also, what's with the nerdo ex..."
"So, you got anything or what?" She cut me off mid-sentence again!!! Though, to be fair, I have the perfect strategy for getting through the final floor....
Or at least, I had up until this bit of info showed up! And now that I had been an idiot and let my essence run rampant, I was stuck and we were running out of time!!! ()
