Jessica's P.O.V
I did not like the idea of Jase being sad most of the times. Clearly something was missing in his life and I knew what it was; Jason his father. But I couldn't give him that at the moment so I gave him all the material possessions that I could. Material possessions that I thought would actually make him happy but, he just uses those things with every chance he gets to space out everyone around him; except his sister of course. Jessy was so cheerful and active. I mean don' t get me wrong. I' m not comparing them like that but, they had two different personalities. Jase was good at spelling, reading and games. He loved the idea of learning new things around him. New things about his environment and he loved dogs. Jessy was just Jessy. She loved dancing, singing, writing and most of all having fun. I was grateful to have them in my life although they give me a hard time sometimes, but I loved them dearly. The weekend had passed by quickly. One of the best things about it was Aunt Sophia' s birthday party. It was a lot of fun. Henry made a long speech about how he and Aunt Sophia met and fell in love. He also shared a story about the first time they met face to face. It was one to keep you in awe. Layla, Liam, Liam' s girlfriend Mia and I were at the final match for a spelling bee competition that Jase was in. He looked pretty sad on that stage. I just wanted to go out there and give him a hug. I could see that he really needed it.
