Chapter 10

"Hey, where are you going?", he asked. "None of your business", I said making my way through the door. I drove one of dad's car and made my way to the address that Leo sent me on my phone. Dad's gonna kill me. I was still in the clothes that I wore to school. i arrived at the house in about 40 minutes. i pulled up in front of the gate looking at the security man. "Good afternoon", I said smiling. He didn't answer me. ok then. I'm here to see Diego Mckenzie", I said . he looked at me taking up his security phone and punching in some numbers. I watched as he answered the phone. Why's he wearing darkers?."Yes sir, she's a brown ......",he said. "her name?. um.....", he said .I saw when he looked at me. "Emily Farqueson", I said. he repeated my name to Diego. 

Diego's P.O.V

I was in the living room making out with Amy in front of her parents; when my phone rang. I answered it. "Hello", I said smiling. It was Malcom; he was describing a girl to me that came to see me. "Her name?', I asked. he took some time to answer. "Emily Farqueson", he finally said. I froze causing everyone to stare at me. "Diego, what's wrong?", Amy asked looking at me. I hung up immediately. i looked at Amy. "What?", she asked. "Emily's here", I said. she had the same face expression that I had. She finally spoke. "Why?", she asked . "I don't know, let's find out", I said calling back malcom. "Wait, did you just say Emily?", Amy's mom asked looking at me. I shook my head. From the look on her face, looks like she couldn't believe it. i heard when the door bell rang. I looked over at Amy. what could she possible be her for?. Ria (the maid) went and opened the door. "Can I help you?", I heard Ria ask. "It's ok Ria!", I shouted getting up and walking over there. "hank you", I said looking at ria. I watched as she walked away. i turned my attention to the person at the door, who already came inside . From the looks of things (her dressing);, she hasn't changed one bit. "you're not gonna hug me or something?", she asked. I smiled looking at her; pulling her into a hug. She laughed breaking the hug. "Wasn't expecting this", he said. "Me either", I said smiling. She turned her attention t the person in the living room. Amy and the others got up.

Emily's P.O.V

I turned my attention to the persons in the living room. help me Jesus. I watched as they got up. I spotted Amy looking at me. our eyes met four. What am i gonna say to her now God?. I looked at Diego who was looking at Amy. I made my way over to where she was slowly. "Hi", she said smiling. "hi", I said with a serious face. I didn't know if i should smile or not. Amy was different. I knew she was hurting inside because of what Diego and I had. I greeted her aunt and parents. "We'll leave you three to talk", Mr. Boswell said walking out of the living room with the others. the room was now silent. I could here the birds outside. I looked around the house observing it and shaking my head. I had to do something with my time. What do they expect me to say to them?. I finally looked at them; standing beside each other and looking at me. "Big house", I said folding my arms. "Thanks", Amy said. "So....why are you here?", Diego asked. I swallowed hard. "I just came by to say hi; since I heard that you two were in America ", I said.   "Who told you?", Amy asked. I looked at her. Why does she care about that?. "Leon", I said finally. "What else did hear tell you?", Diego asked. "Oh.....he told me everything. (Walking up to them). I thought we were friends; but from th looks of things it doesn't seems..... so. Looks like love (swirling around one of my fingers at both of them) has reminded you two  of who you are. All I wanted; was to become friends with you guys; especially you Diego (looking  at him). And because of one stupid mistake; you ignore me. That's not cool. You get back together with Amy..... and let me guess you've been going around and throwing the dirt on my name?. I didn't plan to fall in love with you Diego; it happened. We both know that", I said. "we were gonna call you Emily", Amy said. "And when was that gonna happen be?", I asked . they kept silent. "Right, I thought so", I said. " But...I'm happy for you two..... very happy..."I said walking out o the house. "Emily!", Diego shouted. 

Amy's P.O.V

Let it be Diego", Amy said. " We'll talk to her tomorrow", I said walking off upstairs. "Amy?", Diego asked. "Yea", I answered. "You think she knows?", Diego asked. "No, and I don't think we should say anything. We should stay out of the way", I said walking up the stairs. 

Emily's P.O.V

I parked the car and stayed in it for a period of time. I saw when my phone light up. I looked at the screen. It was shelly.

Where are you-Shelly  

I locked down my phone thinking about what just happened. Life. i got out of the car and went inside. I was greeted by my entire fam in the living room. Some were sitting and some were standing looking looking worried. i closed the door and made my way upstairs. "Young lady?", dad asked. I stopped in my tracks. "Get down here", he commanded. I made my way in the living room. i stood up in front of dad looking at everyone. I looked at matthew. He turned away his face from mine. I looked at dad who had the most angriest face. "Where were you?", I asked. I didn't answer. I blocked  him out of my my mind. I just saw words coming out of his mouth. my life has really turned up side down. "....for the entire year", I heard him say. "What?", i asked coming back to my senses. "You're grounded, that's what I said", dad said. "You can't do that", I said. "Says who exactly?", he asked. I looked at him surprises. he can't possible do that; can he?.
