[Prologue - Part 2]

After his death, he's corpse was found by someone who lived in the same apartments as him, that person just so happened to know him too.

His co-workers and many other people, including almost all the people who occupied the apartment building he licked in and neighborhood visited his funeral. They all mourned his death, They were all very sad, that the world lost a 'good' man like him died.

He used to donate his money to charity or orphanages, all of them knew about it his cause.

If only they knew he wasn't truly what they thought he was. He was a man who only donated money to make reputation for himself, he only donated to the orphanage, because he owed them for taking care of him, in his opinion.

They would have asked for their tears back, if they knew.

While the man, himself was in some kind of gray room. He looked around but all he could see was gray, earning an irritated groan from him.

He sat down, thinking about what happened, he knows he killed himself. But, the real question was- where is he, now? Was his main question.

Waiting for someone to answer his question, he laid down on the gray floor.

Just when he was about to fall into deep slumber, a portal opened, it was bright catching his attention, he turned his head towards it. Out of the portal, in came..

A white Flying ball?

Dave looked at it, with confusion and intrigue particularly written on his face. Confusion because he didn't understand how there was a white FLYING ball in front of him. Intrigue, because his first thought was to dismantle it to see it's insides, and how it could fly.

For some reason, the flying white ball, or Lia felt a shiver down her spine. She could read his mind to see what he was thinking, but she respected his privacy.

She noticed that his focus wasn't on her although he was staring her way, "Ahem!" Lia let out to get his attention.

It worked, bringing his attention back to her, he sat up, to show his attention was on it.

" Hello, I am Lia. I have been sent here to give you one wish, and sent you into a random world decided by random." Lia said, in a professional tone.

" And why exactly, am I getting this treatment?" Dave asked, he knew, He didn't do anything especially unique in his life, and he should be on his way to hell by now, so that just confused him more.

" Because you- well y- I mean- okay the God's we're bored, so they picked a random human to give wish to, and watch over. And you were chosen." Lia tried to cover it up, but she couldn't lie and ended up, saying everything.

She signed slightly remembering it, she truly tried to convince them otherwise, but it was no use.

" That makes sense. So, how do we pick this random world?" He asked, although it didn't actually make sense, he didn't care as long as he could wish for anything.

Lia was surprised by the outcome, she thought he was going to at least freak out or get excited over this, but all that she got was a calm expression. This just made her work easier though.

" There will be cards, turned upside-down and you will pick one randomly, and the world written on the card will be the one you will be going too." Lia said, while cards started appearing on the floor one by one.

He looked at them, with a serious expression. He signed, and just picked on from the top row. Right, when he did that all the cards disappeared as if they were never there.

He turned his card around to see, [Hunter x Hunter] Written on it. He let out a groan, he only watched this three or five times when he was a teenager out of boredom, he didn't know nearly everything about it.

at least he watched it at least once, he thought to himself. Glad, that he didn't pick someone thing he never watched.

And now, it was time for his wish. He already knew what he was going to wish for, he just had to wait for it to ask him.

Lia looked at him with a raised eyebrow, curiousity in her eyes, she was going to ask him what he was thinking but decided not too.

"Now, what is your wish?" She finally asked, the question.

He looked at her with a smirk and said, "True Immortality." Two simple words, caused it to panick.

She realized she didn't set any limit for the wish, right when she was just about to tell him, a note suddenly appeared.

It somehow flouted in her front of the ball for it to read.

when Lia read it's content she was surprised, it was from God- Apparently, he let her granted her permission to grant his wish for true immortality.

Right after she read it, the note disappeared, Dave just looked at her with confusion.

Lia signed, and looked over at him, finally giving in, she said, "Granted." A portal came out of nowhere sucking him in.
