Qwen couldn't see the monsters full strength but he was sure that his speed and power matches the monster fairly closely. He at least had a fighting chance and he still hadn't used his cultivation techniques yet. He was at full power and his strength shocked him.
Before he wondered if he could destroy a small mountain with his previous strenght. Now, he was sure he could.
The monster actually looked like it waited for Qwen to prepare.
'It slightly tilted its head almost to say, 'are you ready yet?'
Qwen frowned.
"You cocky bastard."
They both dissapeared from their spots their speeds were closing in on the sound barrier. All of their movement were explosive as their bodies defied gravity and destroyed the environment with their impacts.
It was obviously from the monk class. The monster threw a series of punches that decimate the area behind Qwen. When Qwen couldn't dodge the threw a punch of his own. The ground around them caved in. Qwen was sent flying and his left fist caved in.
He was sent flying. The monster use the fire under its feet to dash above Qwen before landing a powerful kick into his gut. Qwen spit out a fountain of blood and shit into the cavern floor like a rocket.
The Elemental warrior jump backwards and prepared for another attack.
Qwen nearly lost conciousness. The blow was massive and nearly split his body in half. His regeneration spell worked overtime to heal his wounds.
Qwen knew he couldnt take another blow. If that blow had landed on his head, he was sure it would have exploded like a melon.
How could he kill this thing? It was resistant to all the elements and physical damage. So how could he hurt it? He would have to use his final technique. The primordial slash.
It combined every element into one attack. Qwen could only perform the move twice before nearly passing out. A third time was out of the question.
He was still weaker than the monster so how could he lure it into taking the attack head on attack?
A half of mintues passed and Qwen was able to jump out of the hole fully healed after regenerating.
He blinked and slashed the enemy back. The blade went onto the monsters body deeply. It did a backhand and sent Qwen flying he flew directly towards the ruin.
Qwen noticed the monster eyes arch as he into the direction of the ruin. Qwen got an idea and righted himself. He ignored the pain and blood spilling from his mouth and ears and ran as fast as he could to the ruin's entrance.
Like he had hoped the elemental made a beeline straight for Qwen. Large spears of ice flew at Qwen but he was able to deflect them using his weather control powers. Roots as hard a spears filled the ground behind him. If he slows down for any reason he would be impaled.
He was near the entrance and the elemental push all of its power into its legs and appeared behind Qwen with his arm back ready to strike. The power fist distorted the air around it. Ripples could be seen showing it was the strongest punch it had used so far.
Qwen knew it was now or never. He suddenly pivoted 180⁰ infront of the ruin steps and swung his sword down.
"Spirit Domain!"
The ten meters around Qeen turned into a seemingly alternate dimension. The world turned into a grey sky. Chains links made of lightening bolt shot out of the cloud. Otherworldly pressure locked the elemental in place. It could still move but it could not flee.
Qwen was supposed to be in the mid level spirit cultivator realm before even attempting a domain. He dantian vibrated painfully as it forced spirit energy into the technique.
With the chains and pressure locking the elemental in place Qwen used his strongest attack.
"Premodial Slash!"
He gritted his teeth as multiple elements combined. The elements forced themselves into one point. Qwen moved in slow motion but in fact his speed was beyond comprehension on that moment. Element thatbhe hadn't even know about fused into the sword attack.
Shing!
The Elemental froze before his flesh cracked and his body exploded knocking Qwen backwards. By the cavern shook violently but didnt show sighs of collapse. His body was lodged into the stairs he stood in front of. His spirit energy was spent and he couldn't move.
He never wanted to be helpless in a dangerous place like he currently was but he didnt have a choice. The monster was just too strong.
...
...
.. You have reached level 41.
He rose to 11 levels! His body had light glow and all his wounds healed up.
"I actually defeated a level 100 monster alone! Yahhhhh!"
Qwens adrenaline was still pumping after nearly dying. He banked everything on one move and actually succeeded.
The system broke him out of his thought reminding him to advance his class.
He wanted to see what was in the ruin before letting his guard down. He picked up a belt that glowed purple. He placed it into his inventory and slowly advanced up the stairs.
Stepping inside of the ruin entrance, he was in a large room with a treasure chest in the middle of it. The chest was made of some sort of crystal.
Qwen went to the chest and placed his hands on the top.
This was Qwens 1st time seeing a treasure chest. He cautiously opened the chest. He was ready to pounce away at a moments notice.
He opened the chest and blinding light filled his visions.
Qwen was stunned. He had no idea about the different elements. He knew about the basic element but knew there were some he had no idea about. Like the nature elemental.
He also couldn't believe his luck. He had already mastered an advanced element, weather. Now he locted hidden elements that weren't even locted in the system.
He had to get the Twins, Ryu, and Shizomi here if he could.
He was definitely choosing a hidden element.
Which one though he didnt know. There was no information on then anywhere. He must had to go with his gut.
He was already practicing a primordial technique and that was combining elements together to create a more devastating effect. It could possibly do more but he was sure just yet. He needed more time to find out. Chaos sounded too ominous and no one ever choose heavenly powers in any novels hes read so he was clues at to what that even could be.
He shrugged his shoulders and chose the Premodial element. When he made his selection the treasure chest burst into thousands of mediums sized crystals.
<3,000 Middle grade mana stones.>
Qwen collected the stones and put it into his inventory. Mana stone could permanently raise your mana pool and magic strength over time. They were eerily similar to spirit stone.
Qwen already had access to Fire,Water and Wind. The rest of the elements were in the half billion gold or higher to purchase the level one versions. The advanced elements were in the trillions of gold.
Qwen was still happy. He leveled up significantly and obtained the ability to manipulate other elements like he could with his weather skill. The Premodial element was a skill. It was a part of him so the system put it in the skills section.
He figured he could practice the other elements somehow. He stopped putting limits on a god like system. Everything was just too new to put a limit on anything.
He just had to choose his new class and leave the hidden dungeon.

***Premordial Cultivator.
Qwen selected the last on the list without a second thought.
He would have chosen it even it it had one star. It was tailor made for him. He excitedly read the description.
Qwen couldn't believe what he read. He shook his head at the absurdity of it all. He felt unstoppable. He feared nothing. Qwen hes feeling very cocky after defeating a level 100 boss. Even though he almost died. No one would care about that. History only remember the glorious wins.
Qwen chuckled to himself. He would make sure he had help next time. This was why he was forming a team. In cases like this. He could have people stong enough to lighten the load on survival. This was the 1st floor and he fought a monster able to power up to level 100.
If he died, no one earth would be able to stop it. Would they also come out during a dungen break? What about the higher floors?
Qwen couldn't worry about that today. He was mentally exhausted even though his body was returned to its peak.
He walked out in the cavern and back into the valley.
He wanted to rest and gauge his new power. He was far too stong at the moment and couldn't fully control his strength. It's time to get outta here.
"I wonder if the boss I killed count as a floor boss?"
