That evening as Dariya came back home, she was envious again. Envious of the normal life, to speak with people, to eat lunch with friends every day, not having to sit alone in the cafeteria. She was even envious of the lone people who were enjoying themselves alone. Since she was never used to those she still had trouble living that way. She climbed up the attic holding the torch. A place she goes often. She dusted them and called the maids. All the pots, vases, jars and cups that she had made over the few years, her masterpieces. She asked each of them to keep it down in her room carefully. 'They are not meant to be shut in an attic' she thought and contacted Mary, her teacher she attended the classes for all these years.
"You can keep it or sell it. I don't care. I don't want them dusted inside a box here. Hmm okay." Dariya hung up the phone and went outside the house. Nara wasn't home and Devon wasn't back yet from the company. Dariya said she is craving for fast food to Molly and went out loading everything in a pickup and going to Mary's shop.
"Mary." She went inside and hugged not even caring about the customers.
"Hey sweety, how are you?" Mary said kissing her head. "This is one of best students of mine." Mary introduced her to her customers. The driver and the staff of Mary brought the boxes into the shops.
"From tomorrow onward they will be on those shelves," Mary said showing the display stand she has planned for Dariya's works alone in the front near the door, the best spot that people notice easily. Dariya spent a bit more time there walked out. She was really craving for food now, skipping lunch since she couldn't pick up the tray properly in college. She went inside Burger King and ordered a supreme burger to take away. She walked down the road eating, holding in one hand, caring no one standing around her. as she passed by the bookshop, she saw the guy who helped her in the morning. She stopped for a moment and looked at him. "yes it is him" she made sure and walked again. He seemed to sit and do some serious work. He also saw her looking at him. He smiled and went back to writing.
Dariya walked in drinking the coke and her brother was waiting for her. As he saw her coming drinking and eating, he didn't say anything and went back in silently. "What?" she asked loudly feeling a bit happy that whatever she wanted to do, she had done hiding it from them successfully without leaving a trace. Devon shook his head and went for dinner. He had absorbed nothing to say nor had interest in initiating a quarrel with her. He felt something strange but let it pass as she climbed upstairs back to her. He just wanted to see her as a refined woman like his wife, differently from what she is like at present, a rebel.
