The memories started flowing like water inside her head.

"What were you doing with him?" Lu Han came asking irritated and jealous.

"What? I was just helping Dan." Dariya replied she saw the other side of LuHan for the first time, all worked up. It was the last week of summer break and Lu Han had graduated high school that year. She was feeling bad already.

"Didn't you understand that he was trying to hit on you asking help?" He asked her, looking into her eyes, wondering if she is really a foolish girl.

"Woah someone's jealous." Dariya made fun of him, and laughed loud.

"Yes, I'm. and I'm angry too." he agreed and stated it. He really was and she wasn't aware of it. He did not like it whenever she gets close with anyone, especially guys. To him, it was hard to understand in the beginning until he realized his true nature of the heart.

"Dan is younger than us, Lu Han. Why would you be?" she asked him back, looking serious this time while she got that he is pissed off.

"Because I don't know it pisses me off." He said trying to explain it to her indirectly.

"Why?" she looked at him clueless.

He exhaled and shook his head, smirking. "Does your heart never flutter when you see me?" he asked her. He took her hand in his.

Dariya was shocked to hear to what he asked her. She never has seen Lu Han that way. "No," she blurted out, without thinking much.

"Have you never felt happy to see me?"

"No. I mean yes am happy when am with you but not in a different way,"

"Have you never once felt excited whenever we ran into each other when I did something for you?"

"No. We have always been together what's new?"

"When I hold your hands?" he asked her once again. Dariya looked down. She had never had such feelings for him.

"No." she replied. "What feelings can come between friends?" she murmured.

"Did you never have feelings for me at all?" he asked.

"No, See, Lu Han I have never thought such way,." Lu Han left as she said her final answer. "Lu Han wait. Lu. Lu. Lu Han" She shouted and went behind him but she couldn't catch up. That was the last time they saw each other. The next week when she went there for the last time to stop the class, Mary told her he had left the country for higher education. The shock was more than anything to Dariya to take in. It literally broke her heart beyond repair. She cried months thinking about him, she didn't know why, but she was hurt. To the person who found it hard when LuHan graduated school, accepting the fact he will no longer be around shattered her in to pieces, her only friend in her life dumped her just like that. She felt lost, abandoned. Everything she held close and dear leaving her all at the same time.

Dariya came back to the senses. Then she was suddenly remembered Brandon and then doubts occurred in her mind. 'What's wrong with him? Why did he leave without saying a word.'

Dariya sat up mad. 'Can any one's life be this boring.' She wondered. She went downstairs and towards the kitchen to spend some time talking to someone. she hoped she doesn't end up in a fight as she went down.
