So these enemies aren't from the Another Worlds they appear to come from worlds without Kamen Riders I believe that this is a result of the riders vanishing once you obtain their watches now their enemies go uncontested and unbeaten and they gather here the catalyst was the watches breaking.
Geiz: why did they break in the first place...? and the sky wall and that strange tower?
I believe this is due to the disruptions in space-time so, in other words, Zi-O is at the eye of this storm maybe Tsukuyomi too.
Woz: her as well?
Swartz and Tsukuyomi are from the same timeline now see I believe I know what my overlord is after.
