The barrier

Finally, all agreeing to leave my house and embrace the outside world, we left my apartment.

Reaching outside my apartment building we ultimately began our journey to aimlessly walk around the streets of New York. I'm not gonna lie, our combo was going to be pretty unique to passers-by, we looked like hardcore bad bitches, just saying.

But of course, those thoughts couldn't just linger for a second longer because as we were about to step out of the main entrance and exit door of my apartment complex building, an invisible barrier stopped me from being able to leave.

Being that I was in front of everyone, it made the girls equally give me strange looks. I frowned a little not understanding what was going on myself.

"What's the holdup, Bethel?" Arazela asked with a raised brow.

"I don't know either" I scratched the side of my head in confusion "It felt like a wall just appeared in my front"
