Just kill them

Bethel woke up startled, she was about to stretch her hands when she noticed that she couldn’t. A disoriented look got painted on her face. Raising questioning brows she tried to tug at her hand but was once again met with restrictions. As she heard the sound of chains she realized the situation she was currently in.

Fuck, how could she have forgotten? The battle, the room she was being kept in like a prisoner, and most importantly, the chains they had used to restrict her from performing any sort of movement.

With the little strength she still had, she tugged at the chain a little, but obviously, it was futile. The chains on her hands didn’t even bulge. But in all these, there was one thing that was different from the other times she had woken up. The heavy chains that were crossed in the shape of an ‘X’ weren’t on her body again, so she could breathe enough better than before. Her ribs that were previously broken could start healing at a normal rate now.
