Sometime before the summer festival at the beach

He was scrolling through his social media feed

And he saw a post of the last person he wanted to see, his cousin, and worst of all his cousin was flexing his luck
"A free trip to Hawaii with my fiancée... God, I want to beat him down"
His cousin, Ichiro, had won a pair of travel tickets to Hawaii during a summer festival, that was held near the place he lives
"..." <... Should I post a photo of me and Yuriko at the summer festival?... Nah, that's too embarrassing... And everyone else in the family would start asking about her too... Especially those guys from my previous school>
Most of the people he had as friends in his social media were people from his family or some guys he shared similar interests within his previous school

Last year, Ichiro's birthday party
"Ichiro!!!"

*Metal hitting metal*
The two were crossing swords... Literally, courtesy of their fathers, who both still participate in the armored battle league, for different teams of course. So that fight of theirs was looking like a famous samurai vs knight debate
"C'mon! cut him with your sword, Takeru!!!"
"Dodge him and cut him with your katana, Ichiro!!!"
And their fathers were only throwing fuel on the fire, that was their fight
"RAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!"
"Kuh!"
Takeru was applying intense pressure on Ichiro with the relentless swings of his bastard sword
"Rah!"
"!?"
And with a well-timed strike, Ichiro managed to disarm Takeru from his sword
"Now parry this you fil-"
"..." *Bam*
Takeru gave a straight shield jab at Ichiro's face, which was protected by his samurai mask, and stunned him
"RAAAAAAAA!!!"
Takeru jumped forward and brought Ichiro to the ground, then he pinned him down and began punching him in the face until his punches were stopped by Ichiro's hand and he helped both of Takeru's fists
"ORAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"
"MUDAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"
"GO! GO! GO!"
And all the men at Ichiro's birthday party were all making a crowd as they made their bets on who would win. Needless to say, this was only happening because the women were all away for the moment
"Hahahaha!!!"

Then a new challenger joined in
"Now prepare to face the wrath of the dark knight!!!"
It was Hideo in a knight armor, who also participated in the armored battle league. Takeru then stopped punching Ichiro, rolled and retrieved both his shield and sword, then charged toward Hideo
"Heh! You're too early to face me"
But then he noticed a figure coming from his side, it was Ichiro with his katana
"Tenth earth form! Leg sweep!"
"That's not a thing!"
Hideo could only say that at Ichiro's bad parody, as he got his leg swooped by Ichiro's katana, and fell to the ground
*Both start stomping Hideo*

Then the most reserved cousin of the three finished drinking his beverage and joined them on stomping Hideo. But then...
"The house has fallen! The women are coming back!!!"

Then all the men, including Ichiro and Takeru made surprised faces as they all scrambled to hide what they were doing, and that is to say, they ran desperately trying to find anything to use in their favor. Hideo who wasn't being stomped anymore got up
"ORA!"
"Guffooo!!!"
Only for him to be sent down by a dropkick from Takeru who went back on hiding the evidence of his involvement, and pass out
"We're back! Did something happen?"

She saw Takeru and Ichiro, in normal clothes, obviously trying to force their reserved cousin out of the game, and still failing to do so
"I guess nothing really happened..."
"They aren't back yet, right!... Oh..."
And Hideo entered the house and met with his mother while he was still wearing his knight armor
"Hideo..."
Emily had a lot of anger in her voice
"Everyone else was involved too"

All the men were silent for a moment...
"Hideo! How many times do I have to tell you to not wear the armor outside the tournament!"

Hitoshi was quickly to make his own oldest son the scapegoat to save himself from a sermon of his wife. And as Hideo was being pulled by the collar by Emily, Hitoshi noticed everyone else of the men making a stealth thumbs up to him
And he made a stealth thumbs up behind his back. Hideo received a really long sermon from his mother

Takeru and Yuriko after having each other for breakfast

They were both hiding their red faces with both hands, after doing it with each other again
"..." *Glances at Yuriko*
"..." *Glances at Takeru*

When they glance met, they both went back on covering their eyes, as they got more embarrassed
"... Aren't you going to get up, Yu-" "... Aren't you going to get up, Ta-"
When they heard each other asking the same thing at the same time, they shut up and they felt even more embarrassed
"..." "..."
And then they started getting more embarrassed only from knowing the other was sitting right beside them. They only managed to get up, put on some clothes and leave, when they managed to empty their heads from most of their thoughts, which was visible by their empty and dead eyes

Some random day at the wiener fest beach team inn room
"Hey! How long are you going to stay inside there!"
Yamada was almost punching the bathroom door, as he asked so while he wore only a towel
"Fine! Fine! Fine! I'm leaving"
Then the door was open and Daichi left only wearing a towel
"I can't even take a bath with peace anymore!"
And he left as his towel was protruding forward, and as he left something fell on the floor near his legs. Yamada who noticed it looked at what fell and saw it was one of the few remaining perverted photos of Yuriko that Daichi still had left, and it had a few small splatters of some white substance
"..."
Daichi was doing what Yamada was going to do in the bathroom
