Idea #10 (Godzilla)

This is a Godzilla story.

The concept is that the main character gains psychic powers that he uses to speak to the Kaiju that are strewn across the globe, as essentially a liaison for them and to help the communication between them and Monarch, and the world.

The main character of this story would be reincarnated and wouldn't know which universe he was in until the start of the Godzilla franchise. They would lead a mundane life with certain things that seemed out of the norm, but didn't raise red flags until the day Godzilla reemerges. They would understand certain animals around them, but only ones that were larger than humans, so they can't abuse it with other humans.
