Idea #28 (Pokemon Chaos)

This is a pokemon concept idea.

Pokemon Chaos: A world where the criminal underworld, usually led by team rocket, anger the legendaries and make them rebel against all humans. Pokemon around the world become extremely aggressive, people live in walled city-states, and trainers are looked down upon by the civilian populace. Trainers are selected through a selection ritual once a year to determine who will be a trainer from the civilians. They must undergo the Ordeal, which is to go out in the wild and then capture a pokemon by yourself, and later tame the pokemon they catch to officially become trainers.

This idea is based upon the aforementioned concepts, and the main character decides that he will get the easiest pokemon he can during his ordeal. He picks pokemon that are immobile, extremely slow, or exhibit symptoms of having status effects like the truant ability of Slakoth. He builds a team around these and tries to spread the idea of immobile pokemon being perfect for the populace because they don't move.
