This idea is based on the dimensional shop genre mixed with anime.
The idea is that the main character is a new God or owner of a shop that hops dimensions. They go around the multiverse giving powers to people. If they are a God, then they are spreading their faith. If they are a shop owner they are doing their job and they can get powers and abilities as payment that they can spread to other universes.
Either way they are a proxy (representative) for an anime universe (Example: One Piece, Naruto, etc.) and they have to spread powers from their universe (Like giving out devil fruits or the ability to use chakra) if they are a God. If they are a shop then they start off with a couple of small powers that they can give out and they have to start trading with locals from different dimensions to build up their inventory of powers and abilities to sell.
It could be comedy based (by showing the different situations unwitting people get into with their powers) or it could be serious (by trying to help or hinder protagonists or antagonists). It would focus more on the after effects of them spreading out powers in comparison to the actual protagonist's story. So if they gave Luffy the power to use chakra then it would stay with Luffy for a couple chapters to show the difference that it made and then it would go back to the main character in another universe.
