You're The First And The Last

No one could hear her, and the fire quickly spread throughout the house. Because of the smoke she was inhaling, the child was having trouble breathing and was closing her eyes. She had the impression that someone had entered the room and was running towards her before she closed her eyes. She can't see it very well, but she recognizes it.

"Nanny!" I yelled out of nowhere, and I had no idea why.

It was the same dream; why was I dreaming about it again? It appears to be happening in real life, but it is only a dream. What is the significance of this dream?

I looked around my room and realized I had slept off at the table where I had been reviewing earlier. I'm tired because I only slept for three hours.
