Part Fourteen: Getting to Know Herself and the Prince

"H-H-Huh?" She said as her eyes widened.

"You'll be sleeping with me," JJ said as he smiled-smirked.

"O-Oh," she said as she blushed and looked away.

"Yeah. Anyway, I'll show you to my room so you can sleep," he said as he smiled and held out his hand.

Sky was hesitant at first, but then she takes his hand.

James held her hand and took her to his room.

A while later, they got to James' quarters.

"Th-Thanks for le-letting me st-stay here for the night.." Sky mumbles.

"You're welcome, my princess," he said as he smiled, "I'll go and get you some clothes to change into"

"O-ok, I'll look around while you're getting me some clothes to sleep in"

"Ok," James said as he goes and get Sky some clothes to change into.

Sky was looking around and thinking. 'What if I enjoy it?' 'What if I actually start falling love with him?' 'What if I find out something that I shouldn't have been told?' Things like that was what she thought about.

"What if I-" Sky mumbled before she was interrupted by James.

"I'm back with some clothes for you to change into," he said. He didn't hear Sky mumble.

She jumps slightly and looks at him. "O-Ok," she said as she went over to him. "Where can I change?" She asked as she grabs the clothes.

"Over in that room," he said as he pointed to the room.

Sky looked and went over there. She opened the door and walked in before she started changing.

"So, Sky, who are you the daughter of?" James asked.

"Uh," she said as she was changing, "I'm the daughter of Jaymes Blue. I don't know my mother"

"Jaymes Blue as in the Jaymes who tried to take over the throne long ago?" JJ asked.

"I think so. Though, I don't think my father would've done that."

"Oh. Well, what are you doing?"

"I'm helping my aunt with her pharmacy business and running her errands."

"Is your aunt the famous Rie?"

"Yes. No, I'm not known for anything except for being a friend with a Templar knight and got thrown in jail a few times"

James was confused. "Huh?"

"Nothing. Nevermind."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes," she said as she finished changing and walked out.

James looked at her and smiled. "You're Cam's friend, aren't you?"

"Yeah, though we're more family than friends."

"Oh?"

"Yeah. He was the one who kept me training when my dad and mom passed..." she said as she walked over and sat down on the bed.

"Oh. Sorry for your lost."

"It's fine. But now I can't go and train or visit him since your father made it where I can't."

"My father thinks that only men should be knights and or guards," he said as he sat down next to her.

"I have noticed."

They talked for a long time and Sky fell asleep on James shoulder. James smiled and tucked her into bed before he went to sleep on his bay window bed.
